Starbucks in Albany

“I visited this location with my 1-year-old son and we had a great experience. My coffee was delicious, but more importantly the staff was so accommodating and kind while my son explored the shop. One of the baristas (regrettably didn’t catch her name) even went out of her way to find stickers to give to him. I really appreciate the service we received here! Thank you, staff, from a grateful mom!“

“I've always had a pleasant experience with this location. This location offers ample parking, plenty of seating, and clean restrooms. The barista's have always been friendly during my visit, and my beverages are promptly available after ordering through the mobile app.I highly recommend the strawberry creme frappuccino. It is absolutely delicious and satisfying, especially if you're not in the mood for coffee. I also enjoy their vanilla bean frappuccino and black iced tea. I decided to try the blended strawberry lemonade. It was okay but not something that I'd order again.This is my preferred location in Albany, and I like the friendly atmosphere. I will visit again in the near future.“

“I like to treat myself to something from Starbucks when I make the drive in to Albany from Corvallis to get prescriptions at the CVS in this Target. Every time I have done so, I have been pleased with the friendly service. Sometimes they seem a bit understaffed for the level of busyness, but they have always apologized if wait seemed long and are efficient and attentive when it is my turn to order. I have always received the exact drink I ordered (I do have a more complicated order!) Actually, every employee I have interacted with at this Target, no matter the setting (pharmacy, checkout, Starbucks, etc.) is friendly.“

“In the afternoons lately, there is a young man in drive thru that is so awesome! He double checks my order, ensures food is available during ordering. He always has a great attitude, nice, friendly and makes sure everything is good before the customer leaves.“

“I really enjoy this hole in the wall style Starbucks. Buying cold drinks with your ebt is a option. You may also use your Safeway membership card and obtain points for Safeway's fuel rewards. My only concern is how hard the current employee's work to make up for being short staffed. Very clean and sanitary. Service can be slow when busy at least for now ... totally understandable though as the one lady who's working really does her best.“
