“We were at Humble Spirit last night and were blown away by our meal . We started with the meatballs and veggie platter, we had the pasta, chicken and the daily special of duck. Every one of the meals was absolutely divine !! The pasta is by far one of the best pasta dishes I have ever eaten. I highly recommend you try Humble Spirit !”

“We had the most wonderful experience celebrating my husband's birthday at Joel Palmer House. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. I was given a beautiful 5-course vegetarian menu, and to my surprise, the kitchen even created non-vegetarian variations of the same dishes for my husband so we could share the experience together. The thoughtful touch of incorporating truffle into his main course, just as I had requested, was very special. We also appreciated the window seat, the birthday candle on the dessert, and the “Happy Birthday” plate — all of these little details made the evening so memorable. “Anytime I'm in McMinnville I make sure to eat here. I live in Hillsboro with probably over 100 Mexican food trucks and restaurants and feel confident saying this is the best Mexican food I've ever had. Everything is top notch and grilled to perfection, the salsa bar is the icing on the cake. I could seriously drink all the salsa they serve. If you haven't tried this place you are missing out on this one of a kind gem.

In fact, my friend and I loved it so much that we had lunch here twice during our trip. The corn chowder was absolutely fantastic—so creamy with just the right amount of seasoning. My friend enjoyed the ½ Turkey Sandwich, while I devoured the Chicken Cashew Salad, which was fresh and delicious. The broccoli cheddar soup was just okay, but the tomato vegetable soup was a standout, according to my friend. And let’s not forget the in-house wheat bread—fresh, flavorful, and the perfect complement to our meal. Our waitress, Andrea, was incredible! I highly recommend asking for her—she was attentive, friendly, and made our experience even better. To finish, we split a lemon cupcake—our only regret was sharing it!
