“I had Momo for the first time ever just a few weeks ago at the Hillsboro farmers market. They were absolutely delightful and the spicy sauce had good flavor and the perfect amount of heat. We were fortunate to catch them again this part weekend at the Diwali event and they were every bit as tasty. Highly recommend and we will definitely be having these again!“

“Very good California burrito. I ordered and a few minutes later a gentlemen got out of his car to come and complain. He was apparently upset that the guy working the grill (who was the only one there) came and took my order before his food was done. He started to hurl insults and the worker kept his cool and asked him to relax. The man got his food 2 minutes later and proceeded to hurl insults as he walked back to his car and said he was never coming back. I got my food a few minutes later and left a generous tip, because I genuinely felt bad for the guy having to deal with this manchild. The food was great and the man working the grill was very pleasant, despite the situation. You may have lost 1 spoiled customer, but I'll certainly be coming back. 👍“

The only issue was the outdoor seating area, which felt uncomfortable due to people yelling nearby. I’d recommend takeout instead.“

“Best (and maybe only) handpulled Chinese noodles in the Portland area. The taste is quite on point with the ones I came to love in Northern China.

The only problem is the close early sometimes and aren't open on weekends. If they were, we'd no doubt have gone countless more times.

“I started a new job downtown two weeks ago and I’ve had Small Pharaoh’s once a week. The lamb gyro is genuinely to die for and while the wait for them to make it is a little long it is well worth the wait. Love this place! Gonna grab me a lamb gyro from here every week until I can’t anymore.“

“Nice cart pod. Has covered seating and a)gas) fire pit. Seems very pet friendly which is probably a plus for some people and a minus for others. Not a ton of food carts but a very good variety. Matt's barbecue is pretty famous. Around town. Is also a brewery stall that's quite large. And it's a good neighborhood to walk around in window shop or shop-shop.“

“What a fantastic little gem of an Asian food truck in downtown! My husband and I ordered the teriyaki chicken and chicken yakisoba. I was floored by the amount of food you get for $10! Everything was so flavorful and delicious! Service was excellent. I was impressed that the truck was only run by one man --- and he really slayed in that kitchen! “This is half of the roast beef mushroom and Swiss sandwich. The other half I ate before I get a chance to take a picture. Ever since I moved to this area I have frequent chunky subs, food cart and truly the owners are awesome. The food is hot fresh and delicious every single time you eat it. The owners are incredibly kind. The food is very generously priced and you get a lot for what you pay for. The food is delicious. The sandwiches are good. The tacos and burritos are good. Their hot Cheeto elote is amazing.

The only sandwich I haven’t tried is the Philly cheesesteak cause I lived in Philly for 10 years and I just don’t know if I have it in me to try. It’s not that I don’t trust them to make an amazing sandwich. It’s that I don’t know if it’s gonna taste like a real Philly cheesesteak and there’s something special about that greasy cheese whiz taste that you can only get while eating it off of a Wawa garbage can at 10:30 in the morning.“

“I've had many delicious burritos here. My favorite is the carnitas. <$10, <10 minutes. You can call ahead. Cash or card, but bring some cash for tips. I live nearby and attend PSU, and it's one of the best quick take out places around. Maybe the best. ?“

“What can be said about one of Washington County's OG taco trucks? I've been coming to Ely's Rolling Grill since the early 00s and is hands down one of the best taco trucks in Washington County. What I like is tradition and consistency and in all this time, it has remained the same great tasting taco truck street fare food, simple and delicious. I'm a creature of habit so I always get the carne asada tacos or a burrito and it is perfectly seasoned meat, rice and beans. Most of my time, I reside in Vancouver Washington so when I come down and visit once a month, I'm right down the street and I will always hit up Ely's. I love seeing the original trucks carrying on the legacy of great food in Washington County. Please don't ever change a thing!“

“There's nothing better than having a hot dog after a morning walk through the park. The Polish sausage was worthy of being devoured. Had a blast adding my favorite condiments. Their lemonade was also cold and refreshing. I wish they had free refills.“

“From what I was told by the individual working behind the counter, this little Hispanic restaurant has been there for over 18 years, and I can see why. If you want a really affordable filling Hispanic comfort food, then this is one of the shops locally I would strongly recommend. They're carne. Asada burrito is incredibly juicy while not oversaturated with grease, which is a Hallmark of good Hispanic food. We also provide a various forms of vegetarian options if that is your thing. The only downside is they are only open Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 3:00, yet. I guess it's never a good to have too much of a good thing 😁“

“I'm so blown away by how fantastic this place is! The food was incredibly delicious. So much flavor! I got chicken pad Thai, salad rolls, and a green tea. The pad thai was so flavorful and not spicy (which is a huge for me!) the salad rolls were so fresh! And the tea! Oh my goodness so delicious. And I can't stress enough how incredibly kind they were here. I will be a loyal customer forever now.“

“I went out at 2:20 in the morning to get something to eat. I did not expect to eat one of the best meals I’ve had in a while at that price range. The store owner was very nice and gave me a few recommendations for what to eat and he made an excellent choice because the food was amazing. The environment around the outside of the store was a little rough but that was not the store owners fault and shouldn’t take away from the quality of the food. Overall a great place to eat, would recommend for a night munch.“

“Dog what. First time trying. Got the carnitas, shrimp and lengua tacos like 5 mins ago and they’re all gone haha. Was too occupied to take a picture. Some of the best tacos I’ve ever had, and the value was insane. He loaded those bad boys up pretty fat while most taco places skimp on the meats. Jose (owner) was super enthusiastic to share his food and it shows in the food. For $2.50-3.50 a taco this place is at the top of my list.“

“This place certainly busted the myth I had about PNW area not having good Mediterranean food trucks. The food is delicious, and the service was also excellent.

We had chicken plate, and a chicken. Shawarma, the portion size is huge and so filling. Chicken was tender and I liked their sauces too.

“I used to get the Margherita pizza at Verona when they had their cart on 9th, before the Ritz was built. Everything was one hundred percent. Unfortunately, it looks like they changed their dough to flat and not crispy like it used to be, however, the sauce is still the best I've ever had. BA little disappointed in the crust, but the pizza itself is awesome, so that's why I only gave it 4 stars.“
