“I had a pretty poor experience at this bar due to the staff's treatment and emailed them about it. I made the decision after that to not come here again because of how rude it was. I just wanted to say that the owners have taken the complains very seriously and have been exchanging multiple emails with me to understand and address the issue. This is what good ownership and management looks like and anyone who handles their business with that kind of responsibility and care is a step above the rest.“
“As a traveler, I'm always looking for local flavor. Southside Pub didn't disappoint. Had a beef slider with fries for a lite snack and the local brew draft for the right complement. They have a daily special on food and drink. What impressed me was the great service from the staff, the lively atmosphere, and the warm welcome.“

“Went to watch Monday Night Football while staying in Bend on a business trip. Had the River Pig Nachos which were pretty good. Plenty of large screens for the game. Pretty typical sports bar with the usual trappings, would go again when back in Bend if there's a game on.“
“Really great food. We went in on a Sunday, and the place was packed. Our server was excellent but she was running the entire time along with one other server, running the whole place. They could've easily used 2 more servers on a busy Sunday morning 'cause we waited all in an hour between when we walked in til when our breakfasts arrived. I'll go back because the food was delicious and our server was so nice.“

Not often do I go to a bar for dinner, but this is a place I would return. Well exceeded my expectations for a bar and look forward to coming back.“
