“I hesitate to write this for fear of these beloved croissants being harder to obtain if everyone is after them. But I must. The pistachio croissant (with apricot jam) is out of this world. Easily top 3 best croissants I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve been to France. I’d love to meet and shake hands with whomever created that pairing for this menu because wow. I was having a bad day and now I’m not. The matcha is also 10/10. One of my favorite things about this place -they have a house made honey syrup they leave out for everyone. Chef’s kiss.

The staff is so friendly. Tons of seating inside and outside. Very welcoming and LGBTQ+ friendly. If you’re local or just visiting, you need to swing by and order one of everything.“

The Som Tum Tod (fried papaya salad) is a standout—crispy, tangy, and perfectly sweet and sour, making it a must-try. The glass noodles (Sukiyaki) and Kao Sui were also excellent, full of flavor (We ordered spice level 3, which was just right for us). Service was outstanding, with our server Willis being exceptionally friendly and courteous.“

“We celebrated a birthday at Five Fusion & Sushi Bar recently, and it was a fantastic experience overall! Our reservations were honored promptly, with only about a five-minute wait when we arrived, which was a pleasant start.

The menu looked incredible, and we were particularly excited to try the Chef's Choice Sashimi big. We're so glad we did; the fish tasted incredibly fresh and had a wonderfully silky texture. Among the other rolls we ordered, the spicy yellowtail truly stood out – I'd never had it before, and I'm thrilled I tried it here.

For drinks, I ordered an Old Fashioned, which was pretty basic and nothing to write home about. However, the Japanese beer I had was absolutely delightful! Parking was a bit of a hassle, but it's peak summer, so that's to be expected.

“Salute' is a small, intimate, perhaps romantic Italian eatery that gets overlooked and that's too bad. When compared to the bigger guns of restaurants in Bend, it stands nicely on its own and although smaller is easier to get reservations to. Overall, the food is excellent. The ravioli was out of this world. The cocktails are made well and the wines are generously poured. Great location downtown and a better option than waiting in line at Ken's Artisan Pizza.“

“I get Olde Towne Pizza every Sunday at 4:45pm for my Oasis Church and our members & guests! Olde Towne Pizza is but far best pizza in Bend and great prices too, everybody believe their pizza is best and great for us getting more guests looking for good free meal on us! My favorite is their vegetarian pizza with sausage, it is lots of veggies and sausage make it perfect for me!“

The ingredients taste SUPER fresh and actually gave me energy after eating it instead of weighing me down like the pizza from Pizza Hut usually does. Mind you, I do not like Pizza, but this pizza was DEFINITELY the exception. They have earned them a repeat customer!

Also the fact that they hand deliver straight to you is a major plus in my book!

They took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and our desserts turned out amazing! We ordered the macarons, croissant donuts, and wedding cake. “Croutons is like a better Panera, specializing in soups, salads, and sandwiches. They have one of the best grilled cheeses I've ever tried and delicious ciabatta bread. It's a great place for a quick and healthy lunch. Service is efficient and the restaurant is clean and casual, a good place to eat.

Parking: There's a small parking lot attached to the building but it's stressful and can be hard to park in and get out of. I would honestly park in the streets.“
