“It was a Friday night so of course they were busy, but got my pizza in pretty good time. I didn't call in so it was made to order. They did kinda skimp on the toppings. Only had two toppings pineapple and olives. I've had that same pizza with more topping from them before so I was kinda disappointed. They have one small hard bench to sit on while you wait which if you're lucky you can sit.

I saw a lady leave with 5 pizzas, while I was there and waiting she made at least 5 more. Give that little ginger girl with the glasses a huge raise! For those who remember, this pizza is so much like what Round Table was like back in the 80s (lol, yes, I'm that old), and that pizza was my standard my whole life for a good, toppings-led pizza (and Round Table isn't that anymore).

The staff was super friendly, upbeat, and efficient, and the pizza was good—exactly what I expect from MOD. It’s fast, customizable, and consistently solid, which is why I keep coming back to the brand.

Now the hard part—and I genuinely hope the owner or franchisee is reading this. The restaurant was filthy. Light fixtures had burned-out bulbs, there’s a wall with a bunch of exposed Velcro that just looks unfinished, and the floor was absolutely disgusting. The soda display case was pulled out with visible trash piled behind it—clearly in plain sight while you’re checking out. If the front of the house looks like this, it naturally makes you wonder what the back of the house looks like. This location needs immediate attention on cleanliness and basic maintenance, because it’s falling well short of what the MOD brand should represent.“

I went to this MOD Pizza on Friday and had another fantastic experience. They were very busy — the line was full, and people just kept coming in — yet the staff handled it with speed, teamwork, and great attitudes.

While the customer in front of me was still ordering, Jake noticed me waiting and offered to help at the same time. Within moments, both he and another team member were working on my order together — fast, friendly, and efficient. Despite the rush, Jake even took the time to let me know about a special offer I qualified for because I’d spent over $60. He explained it quickly and clearly, even though he was juggling multiple tasks. He didn’t have to go out of his way to do that, but he did — and that kind of effort says a lot about how he approaches his work.

As a business owner myself — I run a busy medical clinic with many employees and multiple managers — I really notice when a team operates this smoothly under pressure. You can tell this location has strong leadership and a well-trained crew who care about doing things right, not just getting through the line.

I’ve been coming to this MOD location for a long time, and the customer service is consistently excellent. The place is always clean, the toppings well-stocked, and the staff upbeat even during rushes. Whenever my family is craving MOD, I always plan our route to stop at this specific location because the experience is just that good.

First off, walk in and it’s clearly a family ran joint. Son kicking a soccer ball around, dad making pizza and mom putting boxes together. All of them warmly welcome you.

We ordered a stuffed crust veggie pizza add pepperoni, breadsticks, and spicy honey wings.
Their sign said the crust was buttermilk infused. SO GOOD! We live in OC and do not like a single pizza place there. All the crust takes like cardboard- flavorless.
Spicy honey wings were also really flavorful. Personally I could use more spice but the honey was notable!

The atmosphere was just straight pizza pick up joint. Nothing to write home about but you’re picking up pizza so as long as it’s clean then big whoop.

“Always the nicest staff. Their salad bar is the best and even when it's busy it's cleaner than any other I've seen. We had lunch there last week and I tried the spaghetti lunch. It came with the salad bar and garlic toast. It was a lot of food! I've had their hamburger and Fries that were excellent and I love their cheese sticks. They aren't those typical little scrawny ones. Big and crispy. We used to not care for the pizza only because it is thick crust but in the last month we have gotten the mini to share and it's been darn delicious! Been enjoying Jimmy O's for over 30 years now. “During this Coronavirus shut down of places, I'm home with the kids. Tired, and not feeling like I wanted to cook around lunch time. I went on my App like usual, and ordered delivery with a $100 bill (that's all I had on me). My Pizza Hut in Sherwood was closed, but their App did not tell me that. It was probably 45:minutes until I see our delivery driver park outside the house. First thing he said was that he was really sorry for taking so long, that Sherwood was closed and his Tualatin location was taking Sherwood's orders!! I was amazed! I ordered a bunch so they could give me enough change. I thanked him for coming all this was to deliver to me, and that he did me a solid favor. The vibes are cool - it can get extremely busy fast after 4:30pm and can be loud from the warehouse echo space. I’ve brought friends who said they were overstimulated.
