“Ken Wright in Carlton, Oregon is a beautiful place for a delicious Pinot tasting. The tasting room is fabulous and the outside patio even better. Great wines, great staff ( I wish I had written down the gal’s name that hosted us) as she was knowledgeable, understood our palate and offered additional wines she thought we would like plus she was so fun. She also showed us the 1/2 Bottles we purchased for our at home wine tasting that evening. And of course we purchased other bottles. I recommend booking or stopping in Ken Wright Cellers.“

“We met our Son from out of town for lunch. I had a gift card and we've been wanting to go there. Everyone was so friendly it felt like it wasn't our first time being there. The service was excellent and the food was so good and the portions were ample. We will definitely be dining there again.

“The owners make you feel like family. It was a nice mix of different people. They will also make sure extremely drunk people don’t fall into you and gently guide them to another area. Very knowledgeable on wines and have a variety beyond the printed menu. Next time I’m in the area this a guaranteed spot to stop at.“

“Really nice tasting room with a lot of bold reds that aren't Pinot Noir. This was refreshing. The way the flights go is they pour enough for everyone into a small carafe and a designee at your table needs to do the pours to make them even. While a little daunting, it was a fun game.

The wine was superb and we really enjoyed everything we tried, ultimately purchasing a few cases.

“Just a really cool bar. Evan has created an incredible atmosphere to discover and share wine with friends old and new. Ben and Davis really know their stuff. They have curated an incredible wine list with amazing local and international selections. The prices are fair, the producers are amazing and the service is warm and unpretentious. Literally my favourite place anywhere to get a glass of wine. Their music is all played from records and the selection is killer.“

“Popped in for a wine tasting during a small Bachelorette weekend, we enjoyed the wines, service, and vibes. Live music was so fun but didn't overpower our conversations. There may have been some sing-along. If I could, I'd give an extra star for the people there, they paid attention to our glasses & we never had to wait between tastes, even with 5 of us, and they had a good sense of humor. As the Beverage Director at Sawgrass Country Club in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida I literally have access to just about any wine there is in the world, not just the Willamette Valley. While I haven't had a R.Stuart wine I did not enjoy, the single vineyard Daffodil Hill Pinot Noir is a stand out for me every year. I highly recommend stopping by Rob's tasting room when visiting Mcminnville. You will not be disappointed!“
