“Very cute cafe with super lovely workers. They know their regulars by name & make an amazing coffee (as someone who doesn't drink coffee very often because it tends to be hit or miss). I would definitely recommend the latte caramelo. Thank you for a lovely experience <3“

“We made reservations for 7pm, but got there over an hour early. They had plenty of seating on a Friday and let us sit on the patio, which had a good view of Lakewood Bay. The service was courteous and prompt. The food selection was good (small discrepancy between the menu at the bottom of the stairs and the one given us). The Roasted Sturgeon was cooked well, seasoned nicely, had a lovely little swirl of citrus flavor that complimented it, and the asparagus and risotto were excellent sides. The Mahi Mahi was flavorful and the coconut broth was delicious. Highly recommend.“

“This was my first time here and the lake view was truly the best part on a beautiful sunny day. I came with a group to celebrate a friend's birthday during Happy Hour (3-6pm even on weekends!) Parking was a little tricky - there were street parking on the side and a city parking lot across the street.
Checking in was easy with our reservation. The hostesses were efficient but not overly friendly (not in a bad way) The deck was absolutely awesome with a stunning view of the lake. They also had fire pits and different seating options inside and outside. Our waitress was lovely and attentive and made sure our group were taken care of with yummy drinks and food, and singing for the birthday girl.
The drinks were delicious including my mocktail. The girls in my group really enjoyed the margaritas. The Happy Hour menu had many filling options from fries, clams, salads, crab cakes, chicken sandwiches to steak skewers. We for a couple things to share which worked out great. The fries were fresh and crispy and all the food were flavorful and cooked well.
They seemed to be very family (and dog) friendly even if the whole restaurant felt more upscale. This place would be perfect for dates, catch ups, and even family brunches. I look forward to coming back to try other things next time!“

“Great Neapolitan style pizza. A few vegetarian options. I had the pomodorino and my friend had the diavola. Crust was very good. Would go again. Cute atmosphere. Nice service. Maybe make a reservation especially at peak times. We were able to get in without a long wait but it got pretty busy.“

Parallel Food and Drink, is one of the best. I have been 4 times now, and am already looking forward to my next visit. The team is amazing, the wine is amazing, the food is amazing, and did I say the team is amazing? Run, don't walk, you won't regret a moment spent here.“

“Twice now I’ve eaten at Ox. I came back for the Clam Chowder with Smoked Bone Marrow as it left such a lasting impression. This time, we tried the Skirt Steak with the Radicchio & Romaine Salad. It was a 10/10! Most excellent meal. We also sat at the grille where all the steaks and chops were being prepared, and we loved feeling part of the process. Can't wait to bring family!“

“I wish I'd known about this place sooner! Nice wine selections, delicious snack - the salted rosemary focaccia with tomato jam was terrific! Chanelle and Haru were welcoming hostesses, and the place was a very comfortable place to just hang & enjoy being where I was. - Fresh and bright but didn’t really stand out
- The fennel and olives were nice together, just not especially memorable

- Really good balance of earthy + sharp flavors
- The parm and sauce worked well with the beets
- Great dish, just not quite “obsessed” level
- loves the vert
Torta Caprese, Cherry Zabaglione, Espresso ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
- probably Incredible with red wine
- Rich chocolate + espresso flavors without being too heavy
- definitely needs red wine or it'll dry out your mouth“

“My favorite restaurant, hands down- vegan or otherwise. The food is always phenomenal, with creative flavors that make it clear being vegan is never an afterthought. The staff are so friendly and the vibe is warm and welcoming, not pretentious at all, even though honestly the food is good enough that they could get away with being a little pretentious. But instead, they’re grounded and awesome and authentically lovely humans making amazing food. If you haven’t been, GO! Now!!!“

“Appreciate the ability to reserve a table...especially on a nice day. Salad was fresh and enjoyed the whole green olives. Several fun board options but with they came with fresh fruit. The best thing we ate was the melted birdie and honey app. So delicious. Tuxedo cake was a little fudgy but still good. Red wines were solid with thw standout being the Maeli 2021.“

“Stem Wine having Friendship Kitchen (their 3rd location!) inside now is such a match made in heaven! We had the Mì Quảng Tumeric noodles + bottle of Pinot Grigio and kept talking about how underrated Vietnamese food is with wine pairings. Lobster Puffs are also to die for! Their patio area is gonna be the place to be this summer!“

As always, the service was excellent, food was impeccable, atmosphere was cozy, and a very enjoyable experience. It is a small place which only adds to the intimacy of service and atmosphere. The owner is a great guy who is very knowledgeable in all his dishes and wines which were incredible as well! We love C'est Si Bon and will continue to come here everytime we want to celebrate something at a special place!“

“there are few places in portland to drink actually beautiful natural wine with sexy people. you want to find a new crush? you want to drink something where your heart explodes? you want to watch five people kiss? you can have it all.
staff are helpful and insightful without being cagey or snobs. also a plus they actually know what they’re talking about. for anyone who wants a cheeky drink solo, bring your new flirt, or join the collection of bar flies that share bottles for many hours across the bar. a gem and sacred place in the city, i love it here“

“Super cute wine bar! If you like wine, stop by and see what they are pouring that day. Also, they don't really have food. So if you want a full meal, eat before going here. I gave the food 4 stars, because they don't serve meals. You can get nuts, bread, and one other item (I forgot what it is).“

“Home for live Music featuring talented players.“
“Great date-night vibes. Loved the simple menu (I get overwhelmed when there are many options) and intimate feel. My music-snob date enjoyed the tunes, and I enjoyed the romantic lighting, great wine, and variety of seating options (private spots, window seats, tucked-away tables, bar seating). Love that it's not just one big room. Bathroom was clean. Bartender was kind and low-key. 10/10.“

“We had an absolutely stellar meal celebrating our son's 17th birthday. The staff was friendly and accommodating without hovering, and each dish was delicious and beautifully presented. Olympia Provisions is such a perfect Portland restaurant, in that it's warm and inviting without feeling pretentious, and there is clearly immense talent and passion informing the menu and its execution. “Stopped by Bar Diane on a Sunday and absolutely loved it. We had the $2 oyster special, which were fresh and delicious, along with some tinned fish that paired perfectly with our sparkling wine. Sundays are a great deal here with 20% off sparkling wines, making it even better. Cozy vibe, great bites, and excellent value — definitely a spot worth checking out.“

“So, I went to this place called Forte Portland just to check it out. I ended up getting a coffee, but it was completely silent in there. Not a single person was around, which was kind of relaxing, I guess. There's a piano there, but no one was playing it. And get this, the person working the counter was practically asleep when I walked up. I'm guessing it's not exactly a popular place during the day. Maybe it turns into a nice bar or something later at night.“
“Amazing spot! I had the pleasure of enjoying an awesome glass of wine while talking with the owner Eric (apologies if I got this wrong!). They’ve been open for a little over a year and deserve all the love from the neighborhood!
Very homey spot, good beer/wine selections and great staff! Will be back very soon.“
“Loved it, fun wines that are less commonly seen but really nicely curated. Staff is awesome, industry vets that really care and are great to chat with and happy to put you into a glass that fits what you’re looking for at the moment. Will absolutely be back.“

“I popped in here for the first time several months ago for lunch and a glass of wine, and ended up having what could arguably be one of the best Italian cold cut sandwiches I’ve had in my life. Seriously, I wake up dreaming about that sandwich sometimes it’s so good. The pepper spread pulls it all together. My partner really enjoys the Cascadia Dip.
When it comes to their wine and beer selections, there is a lot to choose from. It’s a great place to take friends or family because there is something to suit everyone’s tastes. The service has been friendly every time, and the atmosphere is great. I feel like they did a great job maximizing their space without crowding tables so close together you’re bumping elbows with strangers. Amazing spot to try out if you’re in the area!“

“Delicious wines paired with fresh sweet oysters and Pinot noir mignonette…. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ check out their wine tour too! Wine tasting from 9-5!“
“Ok for me this is a first. I would call Les.Caves the first speakeasy wine bar I have ever been to. Walking by on the street you would never know it is there. Just slide in past the gate walk down the stairs, look for the Open sign and bam you have a wine bar that is a speakeasy in every way. Low stone ceilings, cool music, a slightly industrial feel and even a swank elevated seating area with a couch this place screams impress your date because you know the cool places to hang out are or hey let me meet a friend for a drink because we actually want to have a co versation.
Some highlights of my experience include: a super friendly and knowledgeable staff, Foood that pairs great with the wine and is way better than you should expect given there is no formal kitchen, a rotating pour list that changed daily and this entire idea of a mystery pour for those of you who live to live on the wild side and don't always have to know what comes next in your life.
If you are doig a pub crawl down Alberta, looking for an after dinner drinks spot or just having a quiet solo night with a glass of wine and a book you really should add this to your list of stops.“

“I stopped by this wine tasting room while visiting from out of town and honestly, I didn’t want to leave. The space is so warm and inviting. It immediately felt like the kind of spot I’d be a regular at if I lived nearby. Cozy, charming, and perfect for a laid-back evening or a quiet date night.
The wine selection was fabulous. I tried a few different pours and loved what I tried. And the food was absolutely delicious without trying too hard.
What really made the experience special was the staff. They were so kind and attentive. Friendly in a genuine way, not just polite. It felt like they really wanted me to enjoy myself, and I did.
I truly wish I lived closer. This would be my go-to spot. Until next time!“

“Tried the classic cold sandhwich and was blown away. Every ingredient in it, especially the meat and bread, was too quality. Very nice customer service and chill atmosphere. Only complaint is the limited hours they're open! Also tried my friend's cubano and while it was also delish we both thought it could use a little less ground mustard since it's so strong. Would definitely eat here again!“

“If you are a wine connoisseur this is quite the find. It's a tiny shop located out of the way but their selection of wines is good and their prices are very competitive. The two owners are there almost all of the time... Easy going and good conversationalist. You won't want to miss this one.“
