Les Caves Wine Bar Reviews
New favorite wine spot. As somebody who doesn't know a lot about wine, the opportunity to purchase some stranger and sometimes more limited items by the glass is wonderful. The menu formula encourages guests to talk with others about what they are drinking. I loved the atmosphere and the hosts, this is now without a doubt my favorite PDX wine spot.
Unique place in the way that I haven’t experienced in a while. It was refreshing to experience excellent customer service again which has become a rare occurrence, I was impressed. The quality and attention to the wine was also noticed. I’m so glad places like this exist.
Dope spot, hard to find but worth it!!

Les Caves Wine Bar is a speakeasy wine bar tucked into the neighborhood in a wine cave like setting. Walking by on the street you would never know it is there. The space features low stone ceilings, cool music, a slightly industrial feel, a swank elevated seating area with a couch, and a super cute high wall seating nook. The atmosphere is welcoming, relaxed, and refreshingly unpretentious. The vinyl music emanating with the pours is another special touch. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and the guidance they provide always leaves a beautiful glass in hand. The owner gives a shit and creates a beautiful environment for everybody to enjoy themselves. The food pairs great with the wine and is way better than you should expect given there is no formal kitchen. Highlights include a rotating pour list that changed daily, a mystery pour, and the fig jam and manchego with a baguette to go with tastings. Even non-drinkers can enjoy great non-alcoholic options and delicious food. This spot is perfect for a pub crawl down Alberta, an after dinner drinks spot, or a quiet solo night with a glass of wine and a book.
