“The service was super fast and friendly, the inside was clean. They were able to handle a special request easily and by the time I was done ordering my food was already ready. They just don't have sweet tea here if you're looking for that. Pepsi products. Some of the local kids were being hooligans and the staff handled it professionally.“

“Michael helped us at the window and he was up-beat, positive, and happy to engage in conversation. Excellent customer service. The food was pretty much the same as you would get an any ole' KFC, but the service was exceptional. Note...hubby and I were stationed next door at the Holiday Inn, but we never would have known the place was there without driving right next to it to get to our hotel. The freeway sign is defunct (not lit) and you can't tell KFC is even there. Management should definitely fix that to draw in more people to the location.“

“When I showed up, they had 30 or so firefighters huddled around a speaker ordering and I could tell how hard the staff were working to make sure the order was correct for them. “Huge shout out to the crew working evenings/graveyards at this location. Food is always fresh, fast, and specific to what we order (I am picky 🤷‍♀️, sometimes like When Harry Met Sally #iykyk) Also, specific shout to the Manager Jewell. She is always making sure orders are correct, food is fresh, and that customers have a pleasant experience. There is something to be said about service and precision when it comes to dining. If you want good, fresh, fast food, go THERE. (Especially if the Manager (Jewell) is working. Always gonna be spot on. Period. 🙏✨️💚🌮“

“My issue with BK breakfast is that their iced coffee is too sweet. I told the manager that and she offered to fix that in few different ways. She even gave me a small cup of just iced coffee on the side in case I didn’t like it. Best service at a fast food restaurant I’ve ever seen.“

“We used online ordering, with delivery to table, as the line seemed a bit long, and we could only get the special peach shake with the online order. But the manager stopped by and was great, making conversation with us and the neighboring patrons. The food was great.
