Not only was the food excellent the portions were enough for dinner and a midnight snack. Mexican food is one of my favorites and we've been to a lot restaurants, food carts and I also cook a lot of it at home and so does my beautiful Mexican/

“I get lunch here a lot since i work close by.. Delicious food. Fajitas burrito is fantastic, its my favorite burrito in Portland. Every ingredient is generously seasoned, there's no bland flavors here at all, even the rice is delicious.“

“I have always loved eating at Baja Fresh. Their menu has never disappointed me.
This particular establishment has become my favorite, as the staff are always friendly and accommodating. Each item on their menu has been great, and at my last visit, I tried their wahoo bowl 🥣 which has now become my favorite!
I do not always finish my meal at the restaurant, but I also love leftovers. The Wahoo bowl tastes like it did fresh from the grill after being microwaved, which is a huge plus for me.
