“I use the drive through here. Now I’m not a big fan of fast food, but sometimes my toddler needs some chicken stars and my mom needs a milk shake for Mother’s Day (me too). Every-time I go to this location and Steven is super helpful and the food is good for fast food. I moved from Albany and had all but boy cot that location. Also, this milk shakes are on point and if you pay attention to the effort required of them you will appreciate them even more. Ps- if you’re looking to hire you might want to steal Steven away, employees like that are hard to come by.“

“I don't usually write reviews of fast food place, but the service at the W. 11th store was exceptional. One worker stopped to converse with me regarding my work (editing a manuscript). Yesterday I noticed a young worker. As soon as she helped a customer at the counter, she was performing other tasks. No manager directed her; she just was an astute worker who understood the importance of taking the initiative. In addition, (I'll refer to her as G, her first initial) she was genuinely happy to be working. If you are looking for a Carl's Jr. this store is a good one to go to.“

“It took awhile to get our food, and the food wraps are really, really thin on the burgers. Other than that it's a fantastic place, the food was fantastic, alot of fries, burger customization options and the drink machines also have so much selection. The customer service was quick and friendly, someone cleaning went out of there way to talk to me aside from my order being placed which only made it that much more inviting.“

“I was pleasantly greeted by the shift leader, Nova, who was very fun and genuine and gave me some good suggestions on the specials. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained and the staff was very quick and efficient. I got my food within a few minutes. Nova was even able to apply a credit when the Carl’s Jr. app rewards scan code didn’t work for me. Very good experience here!“

“I had a really bad experience about 2 weeks ago where my big treat meal was ruined, I came in and spoke to the manager the next day, she was really professional and nice so I accepted a card for replacement.
Today I came in and my meal was everything that I was hoping for the last visit with delicious food and friendly workers, this manager is Doris Pineda, she is highly professional and she made things right, I used to come in several times a week, you guys have always been well above the fast food places and Mrs Pineda is protecting that reputation.
Thanks for hiring and backing quality food and service and hiring a terrific friendly but no nonsense manager who takes pride in her store, and for offering lettuce wraps !!!!“

“Always consistent good food! On December 20th at noon I forgot my purse on the back of a chair. I didn't realize it until 6pm so naturally I ran back in a panic! Thinking there is no way anyone turned it in and I've ruined Christmas almost in tears I walk in, to my happy surprise a very nice girl working there saw that I had left it on accident and she put it in the safe for me. “Excellent service. Food was done incredibly fast, and it was possibly the burst burger that I’ve ever had. Also the store was really clean, everything from the tables, floors, and chairs to the windows and restrooms. And that’s unheard of! But, the most impressive part of this whole dining experience was the customer service. The gal who was working the front was amazing. I can’t remember her name but if you ever go there while she’s working there is no mistaking who she is. She was so nice, and she seemed like she genuinely wanted me to enjoy every aspect of my meal. “Pretty standard mod pizza experience. Great toppings! ove that I'm able to make my own selections of what I want on there and it's not limited. That's one of the best things about mod is really you can have the topics you want out of their selections that are available and as much of them as you want. I'm not sure if all the employees are trained this way or if they just kind of get jaded, but I like to get a few toppings but lots of them and it seems like if you ask for extra of a certain topping (and the reason you need to do that is because the portion they give you is relatively small of any given topping) It isn't disdain or disgust but they're kind of slow in their response to adding extra to where you kind of feel guilty if you're adding extra other particular topping. Other than that, the only negative part of this experience was that when I went to pay apparently it didn't scan my card. I had already presented my mod app to get points and then went to scan my card. I walked away and a few minutes later the worker called me back over and said hey it didn't charge your card. I neglected to present my app again and he didn't suggest that I should do so. And result was I paid for my food but didn't get my points. That was kind of frustrating. And with that I'm downgrading my service rating from a four star to a 3 star cuz as I reflect back he should have reminded me to use the app again.“

“My son brought home a little token from school earning a free mini blizzard. I really appreciate rewards like this for students. I was pleasantly surprised to walk into a fast food restaurant that was clean, organized, had courteous staff, and was festive.

I wouldn’t expect a fast food restaurant to provide a pleasant atmosphere especially on a corner of a very busy intersection. 😊

“Very clean place inside and outside in the very large parking lot with more than enough room for large vehicles and even motor homes.
Courteous and polite service at drive thru. Food was served promptly and was hot and fresh. I was thanked for stopping by and for my purchase, which I appreciated very much as this is getting to become a scarce gesture at many fast food places nowadays.
Next time I'm in the area, I'll be stopping back by here for sure.“

It was so delicious and we got the Mike’s way when they add red vinegar and all the toppings. It was so delicious.“

“I have never eaten here before until just yesterday. It smelled amazing just stepping out into the parking lot, and even more so upon walking in. The guys behind the counter were friendly. I got the shrimp salad. Was delicious. I got a lime Jarritos. I do not recommend as it is tremendously sweet beyond normal soda. The environment looked clean and inviting. The ingredients were fresh & appetizing. They have a good customer service. If you want fresh Mexican food- this is your place.“

“Small town fast food chain location, setting the standard for others in the same town. The place is extremely clean and busy! That means they are doing something right. I hang out in the parking lot to pick up my spouse after business trips. They let me know they have arrived and then I drop down to pick them up within 15 min of the text. Easy and straight shot to the Eugene airport! And handy if you are hungry or need coffee. You have to ask for the Loo to be unlocked for you to use it - so expect to make a purchase if you need to wee. Just saying...

Dietary restrictions: Eat here if you don't care about your health. We consider McDonald's and Taco Bell to be like Ole Roy dog food but for humans. But, when you're hungry... beggars can't be choosers.

Parking: The disabled parking is challenging because of the flow through traffic running both ways behind those spots.
