“Very good menu. Great coffee. They are very accommodating on special orders. Only complaint is my wife's breakfast was very cold. Cold eggs, cold potatoes, and cold toast. I really wish restaurants would heat up the plates for hot food and chill for cold foods. I love going to a Mexican restaurant because you're last bite of food is still hot as your first. LoL. We will definitely give it another try and hope for the best.“

Or for savory, the avocado toast was the best we ever had and the eggs Benedict were amazing. Can’t imagine going wrong with anything.“

“Driving by, my omni family didn't suspect much of Acorn Community Cafe but stepping inside was inviting and the menu was full of locally produced and fresh made treats. Forward thinking policies re: takeout, tipping. I had the bbq soy curl sandwich with delicata squash, and enjoyed the soft baked bread that was obviously hand made with love. We cleared each plate we ordered and left full and satisfied 👍 I wish I got pictures of everything as it came out because it looked as good as it tasted!“

“I think it has all been said sooo many times but this pla e is wonderful and unique. The seasonal flavors keep everyone guessing and keeps the creators on their imaginative toes so to speak. They encourage you to sample flavors so don't be shy about asking for samples. Maybe don't ask for every single flavor there is, if you see a line forming out and around the building though. Kindness and balance go a long way. This location in Eugene is pretty new and I love that they have fire pans outside for a hanging out in the winter, eating ice cream experience. Good stuff. “This is my new favorite restaurant! I have a dairy allergy and almost cried when I realized that I could actually order biscuits and gravy, french toast, and even nachos off of their regular menu. If you have a special dietary need, tell them and the staff is so understanding. They have amazing vegan pastries. The vegan chocolate croissants are to die for! I live two hours away, but will return to Eugene again and again to try everything on their menu.“

I also love the chili oil dumplings and cucumber salad here. If there's any complaint, it's not much but we often have to wait a long time for our food - most of the dishes are served but there's always a dish ...... that isn't served.“

“We got lucky and had ColdFire beer and Paper Plate BBQ for lunch in Eugene. I got a flight of beers to try: one hazy IPA, black IPA, red ale, and Japanese brewery collaboration lager. All the beers had excellent flavor balances and distinct profiles: the hazy IPA was dank and tropical, dark IPA was roasty with the IPA end notes bite. The red ale had a sweet, brown sugar-chocolate malt and strong hops flavor, and the Japanese lager was crisp, clean, and lightly fruity.

In other words, you can go here for a good IPA. If you like any other beers, you're getting good flavor profiles and not just weak versons of IPAs (unlike a LOT of other breweries). Highly recommended for a good beer with some great BBQ from Paper Plate food truck.“

Got the drink called the pain killer was good. Waited patiently close in the front facing the Small stage where the Headliner band Jenny Don't & the Spurs played there hits. It was an amazing time they played for 1 1/2 hrs we all loved it every minute dancing till I was sweating and rocking to the live music. Haven't had a great time like this in a while due to my busy work schedule.Purchased 2 T-shirts & a poster got to meet jenny & her husband. With crispy and juicy shredded pork, ham, cheese and pickles squished to deliciousness. And the perfect amout of mustard... the mustard is what makes it for me! With a side kale ceasar, a perfect pairing. Hubby had the Ruben, with house made pastrami and saurkrawt. Not too sour, on a marbled rye. He loved it. Son had a grilled chicken club with parmesagn garlic fries. Another win! We all drank their homemade ginger ale and root beer.“

“It was a cold evening and we weren't in the mood to make food. The next thing you know we're sitting beside a fire (which was so delightful) and laughing over a 50/50 Hawaiian (yuck) and pepperoni pie. We just hung out there for about an hour because it was a refreshing and relaxing place to be.

The food is delicious and almost too many options. It is incredible the number of ways to make a pizza and still have it be delicious. Plus there were $3 non alcoholic beers which my family was thrilled about.

Staff was friendly, Bartenders made delicious strong drinks and it was the perfect place for the 1st night of a 3 day reunion!! Everybody was happy to see each other and we had a great time...Oh if you only knew the stories some of these people told about the golf club and the houses around there!! This restaurant is managed very well, the dining area was clean and so were the restrooms. The high quality food was brought out to our table promptly and tasted fresh and delicious. The prices are less than what you would expect for the kind of quality they serve. Not super cheap but reasonable. Honestly this place has become my favorite burger joint - try the bacon and bleu or the crispy chicken sandwich. My wife loves the wings and my kids love the crayons.
