“Stopped in to get cinnamon rolls and hot chocolate.
The atmosphere is glorious with the fireplace. The cinnamon rolls were Devine.
The hot chocolate tasted slightly burnt but that may have been the chocolate they used to make the hot chocolate rather then actually burning the milk.“

“This is my new favorite restaurant! I have a dairy allergy and almost cried when I realized that I could actually order biscuits and gravy, french toast, and even nachos off of their regular menu. If you have a special dietary need, tell them and the staff is so understanding. They have amazing vegan pastries. The vegan chocolate croissants are to die for! I live two hours away, but will return to Eugene again and again to try everything on their menu.“

“This is the cutest little cafe, owned by two amazing people. First of all, all their food is hand-made from scratch with bespoke recipes using local and in-season foods. The drinks are all unique and delicious, and the desserts are the perfect mix of flavors. Then there's the people - Corey and Miranda and all the staff, and their support of the community - feeding people because they support everyone. Everything we have had to eat or drink is delicious.“

Addi herself waited on us and was super personable and sweet. I heard her across the cafe ask after a customer's new baby -- he hadn't been in for a year, she just remembered. A homeless guy came in and she listened to his rambling story attentively, then got him some food and sent him on his way. She's a gem.

Food was exactly what I wanted, classic American greasy spoon breakfast. Stick to your ribs kinda stuff.

I will be recommending this spot to everyone who will listen. I believe they open at 4am, so this is the spot for early morning breakfast.“

“I had a fish taco (freshly grilled tilapia, not just some frozen fish stick) and a chorizo taco. My daughter had a carne asada taco and a marinated pork taco. They were some of the best tacos we've had. Service was friendly and fast. The salsa that came with our chips was lovely.“

We started with a Last Word Sour, and it was one of best cocktails I have ever had. The burrata, heirloom tomato, and nasturtium tartine was exponentially more flavorful than we imagined, as was every other dish that followed. The dish with panisse was delicious and well-balanced, the tomato sauce on the rigatoni was so bright and fresh, and the salmon was cooked to perfection. “This is one of my favorite dinner spots! I super love the ginger goji berry tea served in the winter. I also love the beef noodle soup with sauerkraut here. I also love the chili oil dumplings and cucumber salad here. If there's any complaint, it's not much but we often have to wait a long time for our food - most of the dishes are served but there's always a dish ...... that isn't served.“

“Oh my god... the poutine!!! My first time.. and yes, a die and go to heaven moment. Fries smothered in gravy with cheese curds! We just ate at Falling Sky Brewing I had the most luscious cubano! With crispy and juicy shredded pork, ham, cheese and pickles squished to deliciousness. And the perfect amout of mustard... the mustard is what makes it for me! With a side kale ceasar, a perfect pairing. Hubby had the Ruben, with house made pastrami and saurkrawt. Not too sour, on a marbled rye. He loved it. Son had a grilled chicken club with parmesagn garlic fries. Another win! We all drank their homemade ginger ale and root beer.“

This makes me a little picky about strange things like, employee retention, a love and involvement from owners, a mutual respect among employees, excellence in service, attention to details. Last but not least- knowing their customers- how they like how what when and where is remembered and held somewhat sacred. Being a regular here is being part of a family as staff or clientele. “We had an excellent time eating at Pandita tonight in the outdoor seating area! The service was so warm and inviting. The young lady at the window was so helpful and friendly (thank you!). The food was so yummy and we loved the sauces! The Pandita fries are a must along with the tortilla soup.“
