We especially love the beef curry bao and the pan fried wontons. Food is always fresh. You can literally watch a woman make baos at the counter! We have loved everything we’ve ordered. “Cute little "hole in the wall" diner. Came for a late breakfast. Staff was super friendly. I can tell they get a kick out of people who end up with the giant pancake without knowing about it haha. Food was fantastic, good large portions too. My dad had an iced tea, and he didn't finish it all, so he asked for a to-go cup. The server was nice enough to get him a cup and top it off too. Just the little things that are nice. Highly recommend.“

“I love this place. The menu is always awesome. I have yet to try something I didn't like. The amount of tvs are crazy. You can always find what you are looking for. This is a true sports bar. Go and try it. You will not be disappointed. Ufc, football, basketball doesn't matter they got you covered.“

“On multiple occasions I have seen acts of generosity involving people who can't afford food for themselves. I try to always leave a tip for whatever I think the cost of their food was. PLEASE support this place. They have good hearts, and make wonderful food. I was addicted to the tacos far before I knew how generous they were. If I ever become rich this is the first place I'd give a lump of money to. At least give them a try.“

“Taqueria El Trenecito is a hidden gem of authentic Mexican cuisine. Their queso tacos are one of the few things I crave in the Eugene/Springfield area. My favorite are their lengua tacos. They offer exceptional sauces. and despite the remarkable quality of their food, the price point remains unbeatable. This is one of the few places I make sure to visit whenever I'm in Eugene/Springfield.“

“Mali Thai was recommended to us by family and then again by friends, so we had to check it out. We came to try the pineapple fried rice and their spicy green bean dish, and we loved the flavors! The restaurant is very clean and casual. The staff are friendly and pleasant, and we often order take out on Mali Thai's website. It is consistently delicious. The portions are great, and we usually have leftovers for the next meal. We eat here weekly and highly recommend!“

“I was so excited to see so many options for gluten-free crust pizza! Ordered by phone. We were very confused there was only one line for pickup orders and people dining in. Staff nice. So the best news is a gluten-free philly cheesesteak pizza. I was in heaven since it had been many years since I had such a taste! I loved it. Thank you for your yummy food! As others have mentioned the GF crust was very good. We will return! (And yes it is expensive but worth it)“

“What you see here I don't even have a name for it. If you want to order, ask for the : sausage, chicken, beef, shrimp, cactus, roasted jalapeño plate. This was the special but is now on the menu as a regular item. I don't think this pic does it justice. Sheer volume alone requires 2 people to finish it. The flavors are outstanding. I been going to this flavor mecca for 10+ years and it's yet to not satisfy. A wide ranging menu, if you don't see it, ask for it. I recommend...oh they have a fully stocked bar with brews to Margaritas as well. During the pandemic, they not only stayed alive, but built a permanent outdoor eating area that is a nice alternative to a very pleasant indoor atmosphere. Local, family owned, gracious host and the food is impeccable. In a time when sadly we are losing great eateries for a variety of reasons, fortunately, these folks are thriving!“

“Highlight of an eventful roadtrip was surprisingly our first night “passing through” Springfield, Oregon. Public House has an amazing vibe and great food / drinks. O’My mini donuts knocked it out of the park with these peanut butter donuts oh my gosh. I think we might’ve been too loud enjoying them so much lol. Loved them so much that we stopped in Springfield a second time on our way home just to get them again and continue on. Also, the Latin kitchen restaurant did a great job with the nachos and put time and effort into making them perfect. Looked and tasted great. Appreciate it.“

“I have tried many, many burger places! But, Chow smokes them all! My fav burger the sloppy pig, burger with pork butt, spicy slaw and a great taste! Even better they are really getting generous on their garlic, Parmesan fry servings! Awesome!!! Go enjoy!!“

“I've been to a couple of the conveyor belt sushi places around Eugene. I like this one the best so far for at least the service and the made-to-order sashimi. The sashimi portion sizes are fair, and so far, I've not been disappointed by the plates on the belt. Fair price for the food served.Stop by if you're in a rush and just want to sit, eat, go.“

“Amazing greasy spoon. Lots of traditional and non traditional breakfasts at an amazing price. I think I even saw a few lunch items on the menu. I had the taco skillet and it came with a pancake. You won't leave hungry. Our server was very nice and always made sure our coffee was full even though it was very busy. It's a smaller establishment. The only downside is that the separation between the booths is minimal which leads to a loud environment.“

“Stopped in here for a quick late lunch with a friend. Service was super friendly. They have put a lot into the ambience. It is very clean, bright, and spacious. I suspect that they do a pretty busy lunch business because even at 3:30 in the afternoon, it had a steady flow of customers. A mix of high school students and locals. I really wanted to try there pork chili Verde so I had two tacos with it and it was delicious. My friend had shredded beef enchiladas with rice and beans. I love it. They open at 7 AM and have breakfast options. I have been looking for someplace to get a good Mexican breakfast. Will have to come back and try it.“

“This place is amazing. You definitely won’t walk out hungry and the lady is so super nice.Yadira when you go make sure you tip her at the table because otherwise she might only get a small portion. She’s really really nice. And the food is amazing. You pile as much as you possibly can on your bowl you take it up to the thing and they throw it on the grill in front of you. If you happen to finish your plate, then give you another bowl and you can’t take it home but you could eat it there, but there’s no way you could finish the first play if you pack it on right“

Megan and Chally (hostesses/waitresses) were excellent with accommodating our party of seven and meeting our eclectic needs so graciously! The Pump Cafe is truly a gem - actually the people behind the Pump Cafe are the gems. Again - we also enjoyed some really excellent food!Kid-friendliness: We had three children 11, 9, & 6 => both Megan & Chally were very kind, engaging, and encouraging to our granddaughters. Holy bazinga!The steak was perfectly cooked. Zero gray band, just wall-to-wall medium rare. Put a little truffle butter on top and you're eating food of the gods. Just wow.You can bring your own wine too! (Still have to pay corkage).Only real critique is the size of the booths. I'm a 6'2" average sized guy and I almost didn't fit.“

“With their construction going, we were able to be seated in the back, but don't be discouraged this young Mexican lady took really good care of us. The food was made to order. I asked for eggs, chorizo, and potatoes. My wife ordered some Chicharrón con Chile. very very good we were seated in the back might not look like much but the food excellent authentic don't be afraid don't let them deceive you“
