“I live near the 9th St. location and metolius chai is outstanding so is the young man who is there usually on Saturday am possibly Latino and a super professional!!! Give him a raise! However I wish I could compliment others as much. In particular a 20 something female blonde hair who has now on 2 occasions asked me again for my order at the window after giving my order previously at the drive up speaker. Also she’s not attentive to the process and has to repeat questions such as the size of the beverage. Better training needed or better employees.“

“I usually don’t go to Starbucks, but a few nights ago I was in a hurry to get a snack for my daughter on our way to an event. I was already having a tough night, and the barista checking me out at the drive-thru noticed. I told her about a loss I recently experienced and, embarrassingly, started tearing up. She took the time to talk me down, and we ended up crying together. She reached in for a hug and even paid for my order, throwing in an extra cake pop for my daughter. I didn’t catch her name, but thank you to the young lady with the black hair and glasses. It really touched me and made my whole week. Thank you, guys! ❤️“

Stumbled onto Pastega shortly after arriving in Corvallis. It’s amazing to grab a bag of coffee beans so fresh they’re still warm. The only thing better than the beans is the friendly and attentive service. Conversations shared with Matt over the years and his recommendations on things Oregon remain highlights to our relocation. Corvallis would have a significant void without Pastega Coffee Roasters.“

“The “freeze” coffee was great. Because it was our first time at Dutch Bros’ is was for free. The waitress was very friendly. When we’ll visit the States next time, we will definitely pay them a visit again.“

“Went to the Starbucks downtown Corvallis to pick up customer order it was poorly put together in the back which it leaked all over when I got to customers home. I went to the closer Starbucks to get order due to the other Starbucks posing a rotten disposition when I explained that it had dumped everywhere. They weren’t willing to offer assistance at first. The two ladies who helped me this morning were quick, thorough, professional and empathetic about the circumstances I was experiencing! The 3rd St Starbucks is not good or needs to get better help who addresses situations in an appropriate manner and doesn’t act out or appear irritable with the customer.“
