“By far the best Starbucks in town! I would drive out of my way to go to this location even if there was one closer just because of how amazing the staff is here. They make everything perfect and they are always so sweet and make me smile with the adorable things they draw on my cup 😊 I adore you guys! I wish all of the locations were like this one.“

“I love this Starbucks I can usually find cups that I like here and you can use your 400 stars for your free cup. They have a real small dine in area. Ham and cheese croissant are real good. If you ever buy coffee cake warm up the coffee cake, it melts in your mouth.“

“Gianni, the barista working this evening was wonderful. She went out of her way to deliver excellent service even when I arrived 7 minutes before closing time for coffee. She was very friendly and made the extra effort!
The coffee was tasty too!“

“Love this location. Nice employees. Would have given a 5 star rating but lately the lids have been popping off my coffee resulting in spillage in my car. What is left in my cup is delicious but they need to fix this lid problem. Doesn't matter how you pick up the cup. The lid pops off. Maybe only on hot coffee. Hot coffee is all I usually order so kinda dangerous. Be careful out there.“

“I was in a down mood today and the girls working absolutely brightened my day! They were so positive, happy, laughing and helped me pick out drinks and food, they have all the alternative milks which is amazing, I forgot their names, but there was 2 girls with longer blonde hair, and a red head with medium length hair. I don’t usually make reviews but everything they did was outstanding and they deserve to be recognized for it! I found my new Starbucks. The staff in the whole store was helpful too! “Busy place! Friendly workers & got all p rders correct. Displays were orderly. Tables were clean & floors also. Menu was easy to read. This Starbucks was inside of Fred Meyer in Santa Clara off River Road. Easy to find & reasonably priced...all in all a good experience!!“

“It's a great Starbucks. If it's not packed with students, it's a nice place to sit and work because it has huge windows and a lot of light comes in. People working there have always been super friendly in the last two and some years I've been going there. Just be aware that it has some times of the day that it can get really crowded because it's in the middle of campus“

“I was in there earlier today waiting for my order.. a gentleman came in who was having some kind of mental health crisis and asked staff to call for help.. they called right away and told the gentleman to have a seat and wait.. while waiting they provided him with something to drink and a food item. They showed xtreme compassion for this gentleman..“

“Coffee and normal wait time for service is usually pretty good. Ordered Pike's Roast coffee and was very good and has a good flavored to the taste. I highly recommend this place if you want to order a quick, already made coffee on the go.“

“This is my favorite starbucks. BUT the customer service is kinda slacking. I gave them a tip and she didn’t even say thank you. Just threw it in a jar or whatever they have. I won’t be tipping anymore. Still love this starbucks, maybe when someone new comes to the window i’ll start tipping again.“
