This location has a great group of employees! I went in today and there was a mix up with an order and the staff and management went above and beyond to make it right immediately without my asking. Couldn’t be happier with that level of service!
I come to this drive thru a lot due to location. So far, I've had my order paid for three times by Starbucks because two cars in front of me, one person in the car, are ordering 4 - 5 drinks AND food!!! The barista was super nice but It took 15 minutes for just those two! Plus, there is no getting out of line.
There needs to be a TWO DRINK/SANDWICH MAXIMUM PER PERSON in the drive through! They happily offered to pay for my order (and I'm sure those behind me who had to...read full review
