“Was recommended to check this place out while I was in town for work. Went even though I wasn’t really hungry, but was on a BIG back mission. 🤣🤣 Good variety of flavors, and a decent selection of odd combination flavors to try. I decided on a double scoop waffle cone and got the jack o’latern pumpkin bread, with a scoop of pear & blue cheese.“

“We arrived shortly before closing, and we were still welcomed. The food, the decor, and the atmosphere was superb. Fresh, local ingredients are combined in surprisingly creative and delicious ways. We started with a Last Word Sour, and it was one of best cocktails I have ever had. The burrata, heirloom tomato, and nasturtium tartine was exponentially more flavorful than we imagined, as was every other dish that followed. The dish with panisse was delicious and well-balanced, the tomato sauce on the rigatoni was so bright and fresh, and the salmon was cooked to perfection. We finished our meal with a lemon semi-freddo, and it was combined with a corn-based crumble that was shockingly delicious. Thank you, Lion & Owl for a memorable meal!! 10/10!!“

“Everything was amazing from the friendly and kind lady who served us to the delicious food. We ordered three dishes, and every single one was flavorful and well-prepared. I especially enjoyed the Griddle cooked pork ribs, so tasty and perfectly seasoned. Can’t wait to come back and try more dishes, especially the hotpot! 😋“

“Had an excellent lunch today at Cornucopia in Eugene, our first time there. I had the Jero's Smoked Bacon Cheese Burger with Gouda cheese on it. Very delicious, juicy combination of flavors and cooked perfectly. My husband and I split our sides. The fries were wonderful, hot, coated and crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. My husband had the American Cheese Burger with Swiss which he said was great too. He ordered the coleslaw and it was just the way we like it... not too sweet, not too tart. The service was also wonderful. We sat outside with our little Dachshund and our server was right on top of it. Would highly recommend them! (The only downside was the price. Expect to pay $20 for a burger, $20-30 for anything more than that. I know, everything's gone up, but it's still a shock.)“

“This business is located in the historic Tiffany Building and was originally named The McMorran and Washburne Department Store Building. It was built in 1902 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1989. This is a beautiful historic building and a must see. Check out this business too.“

Today I came for the free SNAP meal, as I work long hours for low pay in the music industry as a single dad supporting my daughter, and the loss is significant. “MANNNNNNNNNNNNNNN......This burger was amazing. Hands down one of the best burgers I've ever had. And I don't even really like pickles but the man makes his own pickles and they pair amazingly well with the burger. You can taste the love and care he puts into the food and super nice. I live wayyyyy out in the country and it's almost a 30 minute drive for me to get to his place and he was so thoughtful and mentioned that next time to let him know to hold off 20 minutes after I order so my food would be hot and fresh when I got there and that in itself would of been enough for me to return in the fact that he cared enough to want to make sure my food is fresh, which may I say is a rarity in customer service. If you haven't tried and all the other 100+ reviews weren't enough for you to want to give this man your business then let me add onto the list of people who highly recommend this place. It's so rare these days to find a place who actually gives a flip about what they're serving and he definitely most definitely does. I'll be making the hour round trip again in the near future just to get me a burger. PS.. you can taste the high quality of meat he uses, it's not a slop shop by any means and when I was picking up my food he was slicing potatoes for the fries and man again it's so worth it. “this place has gone downhill ever since the pandemic. came here on my birthday for their bread pudding only to be told "we don't have it today". oh, how perfect that I wait all month to come here on my birthday, and when I do, they don't have the items they advertise on their website. but hey, I only have one birthday in the whole calendar year, and never get to treat myself, no big deal. next time I'll just go to dairy Queen or something. or maybe they should change it to "weekly specials" since their monthly specials are t available all month“

With crispy and juicy shredded pork, ham, cheese and pickles squished to deliciousness. And the perfect amout of mustard... the mustard is what makes it for me! With a side kale ceasar, a perfect pairing. Hubby had the Ruben, with house made pastrami and saurkrawt. Not too sour, on a marbled rye. He loved it. I asked for a full pizza and owner was incredibly chill and kind in processing my late night dinner. Reasonable cost for size of pizza came to $30, the pizza was huge and without asking he delivered it to me to my car. “This is one of my favorite dinner spots! I super love the ginger goji berry tea served in the winter. I also love the beef noodle soup with sauerkraut here. I also love the chili oil dumplings and cucumber salad here. If there's any complaint, it's not much but we often have to wait a long time for our food - most of the dishes are served but there's always a dish ...... that isn't served.“

“This is the best Vietnamese place in town. Pho is tasty and the vermicelli noodles are delish. We always get B1 and P3. Fried rice is also good and not too oily or salty; the veggie one is not as good so I would get it with chicken for beef. If you get the fresh spring rolls, get it with the fish sauce (not peanut). They have veggie pho too that is also good. We don’t eat out a lot but when we do, this is one of our top two places. Just know it is a bit of a hole in the wall in terms of ambience but in a good way. Friendly service and delicious food. Would call on Saturdays since sometimes they are closed randomly.“
