“I've been to this food truck park a few times and for some reason I never ate at this particular truck, but today was the day! Now I'm mad that I didn't try it sooner. The chicken was so tender and cooked to perfection along with the veggies. I'll probably go back and try something else tomorrow.“

“We discovered this place and on our way home decided to pick up some food. I ordered the 16 piece Yang yum chicken, and the Beef Bulgogi with the mandu potstickers. Everything was absolutely delicious. I have friends who adopted a Korean boy a while and they included me in the gotcha day celebration at a Korean BBQ which was delicious too. this place is the bomb. I highly recommend Hearty K-Bop.“

“THIS IS MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT!!!!!! The customer service is amazing, the food is always fresh, the portions are super generous, and everything is so flavorful!!! The prices are very reasonable too. My favorites are the Korean corn dog, fried chicken meal, and tteokbokki with cheese. I take my friends and girlfriend here all the time and the woman working there is so friendly! I have never had a bad experience here. 100/10!“

“I had the tofu soup and the BBQ beef short ribs. I’m not sure if the flavors are completely authentic, but I really enjoyed everything. The tofu soup was rich, comforting, and full of flavor, and the BBQ beef short ribs were tender and delicious. The portions were generous, and the meal left me feeling very satisfied. I would definitely come back the next time I’m in the area.“

“I tried for lunch one day and went back with my wife the next day so she could try. I will say first time I got the Macho King sauce it was not as spicy as I led to believe, but the next time it was hella spicy. Delicious either way, but may be a Russian roulette situation so be careful! The fries and whatever orange sauce they provide with them are outrageously good too. Very friendly staff.“

“There was a mishap with my order through DoorDash but I made a call in to the store and Bo was quick to correct it. I just wanted to give a shout out because a little bit of customer service goes a long way these days and I’m happy to say the service and the food was 10/10!! Thank you Bo!!“

“Food was unbelievably good. Kimchi, potato salad, pastrami, bibimbap--nothing missed the mark! It was a little expensive, but amazing portions for the price. The restaurant truly feels like you are in her home; tons of plants, rice cooker & crock pot just on a book shelf, some cozy chairs--the vibes are amazing. Next time I'm in Portland, this will be my first stop!“
