“Our server was on top of my gluten free needs, food was AMAZING, gluten free shredded hash browns, cozy atmosphere, cocktails and bloodies, hard workers, fresh homemade tasting omelet with lots of fresh veggies, and only a 20 minute wait! I may drive to Florence many more times just to eat here! Nowhere near where I live is there place like this for me.”

“Awesome french toast!!!! Almost as good as mine... but darned close. The home fries had the perfect texture - a mixture of crispy and soft. The seasoning wasn't overpowering - which happens all too often. And I now have my FAVORITE iced tea in town!!!”

“This small restaurant does require reservations, however we called ahead to see if they could accommodate 2 more. She was delighted to have us. I recognized the owners accent. A Polish descent and the food was incredible. All home-made. Down to the pasta. Which is why she needs to know how much to make. As I have a friend from Warsaw also, we enjoyed her history.”

“Went in 2019, and returned in 2024 (we are from Florida). We happened to be there during slow times. Service was fast and friendly. Food excellent. I had Khao soy noodles for the first time ever. I liked it, but have nothing for comparison. Also tried orange chicken. Sometimes orange chicken can be too sweet, but this version was more balanced. I liked this version, but I typically do not like orange chicken because it is too sweet. However, it was still sweet enough that my daughter also liked it. A win.”

“We found this little gem on a weekend road trip to the area. Highly recommend if you’re looking for some good Italian food. Everything we had was super yummy and we way over ate because of it. The lady who served us was very attentive and friendly. The place is small but it didn’t feel like we were on display. It was cozy and quaint. Ditch the fast food and treat yourself to all beef awesome&wonderful burgers I said beef not let years COVID patient Bruh stop eating my grandma and get a killer burger at the best spot with the order up parking spot that doesn't cost a lot.
Did you know mcds %100 beef is actually just the name of the supplier it has nothing to do with the content of the meat. Okok I'll shut up but if I don't see you at A&W I'm eating your grandma.

“Chili Relleno, Chicken Tacos, BRC burritos, breakfast burritos, queso dip and hot sauce were really really good. Street Tacos were excellent and reminded us of southern California. Friendly family atmosphere. helpful staff and clean facility. If you haven't tried this place you should soon.”

“My wife and I just had our first dinner there since the original owners bought it back, remodeled and reopened the restaurant. So we had no expectations. We were pleasantly surprised! The restaurant was clean and well decorated with what looked like new tables and fresh paint. The menu is comprehensive American family fare, which in Florence is refreshing. We live here and there really isn’t any other place that tours itself as family friendly. My wife ordered a smashed cheeseburger with onion rings. I ordered a patty melt with the included fries. Both orders exceeded our expectations. The patty melt was one of the best I’ve ever had, perfectly cooked, with cheese, caramelized onions and marble rye bread. Perfect. The fries were double fried so soft in the middle and crunchy on the outside. My wife’s burger was also excellent. Both our burgers had fresh hamburger with great flavor. Definitely not from frozen patties. She’s very picky with burgers and really liked it. Her onion rings were also exceptional. Not too greasy and also tasted freshly prepared. You take a bite and you don’t get the entire onion piece sliding out of the breading. Last the servers were awesome, friendly, polite, and very positive. You could tell they were making a great effort to ensure patrons were happy with their meals and experience. Overall, 5 out of 5. It’ll be nice when they get their beer and wine license but we understand that can take some time. Otherwise we will definitely make this a regular restaurant stop in our town of Florence!”

“service was great, but the food took an hour to arrive and it was missing half the order. scramble was dry and way overcooked. then there was the no-cash fee, basically a credit card fee I wasn't told about. not a big deal but communication goes a long way. to top it off, they opened the doors to cool it off and I was blasted with cigarette smoke from the people sitting outside. I will never return.”

“The place is clean and with a good decoration. The most interesting thing is the menu. They have a wide variety of dishes. We took more time to choose and the waiter was kind without rushing us gave us more time to choose. We ordered Halibut fish with French friends. Delicious!!! To drink I ordered a strawberry lemonade and it was well prepared. I give this restaurant 10/10 because everything was very good. Ahhh and if you go in the summer you have the opportunity to eat in the patio with a beautiful view of the river.”

She was so sweet, I feel sometimes customer service goes out the window these days, she made a point to compliment my hair, and hold light conversation while we ordered. ““A burger worth eating”

After a day of hiking and exploring the Oregon coast, this was a great little restaurant/bar to end the day. We shared the hummus appetizer and tried the Marionberry BBQ burger, the Forager Burger, clam chowder, a Caesar salad, the spicy chicken sandwich. As the title says, it was all worth eating.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, the beer selection was excellent, and the restaurant ambiance was warm and welcoming. If you’re visiting the area, it’s definitely worth swinging by and giving Homegrown Public House a try.”
