“Hard area to find veg food, especially really really good veg food. It is obvious the owners of Country Squire really really love food and they serve their love to everyone in every dish. Even though they have a meat heavy menu they cut, prep and serve and season their veg with great respect. This was the most flavorful veg melt I've ever had. The portions are great for the price too, total was $15 for general tsao chicken, rice & a double order of the mac salad + the potstickers!Solid good price for lunch or dinner. The woman that cooks the food and runs this spot is so nice, and it is very obvious she takes pride in her cooking! An abundance of fresh, crisp beautiful veggies, rice (brown or white) and protein choice (chicken, shrimp, and tofu) with a delish peanut sauce. “We just try this place yesterday and it was sooo good! They use the best spices and is nice that you get to adjust how spicy hot you want your dish! As an Indian food lover unfortunately my stomach can’t take anything hot, I’m happy I was able to enjoy biryani and tikka masala, the portions ar every generous, not expensive and you get an excellent meal. “I love this food truck however, they do not allow you to combine punch cards. Probably my fault for thinking they would be like most other places and accept the 3 punch cards I have with 13 punches between the three of them. Their Mac salad is the best, rice is never over or under cooked and flavor of their teriyaki chicken is amazing.“
“This Sassy Express Thai food truck serves up awesome and unexpected dishes. Run by this local couple, were friendly and seemed to be local favorites. We tried their Thai spicy level and it was so hot that our ears were ringing, but we absolutely loved it. The vegetables were perfectly crunchy, adding a nice texture to the meal.
