Excellent food and service and kind hearts. The family of this man are overwhelmed from your kindness and condolences. Thank you!“

“There was a much older woman who was our waitress who was exceptionally rude. She didn't bring my wife's soda, and when asked for it, she acted like we were asking her for something that was just too much trouble. My wife's chili-dog was very tasteless, and obviously microwaved. I had the Piper burger, which was close, but just not the same. When I tried to offer a suggestion on how to make it more like the original, the server got visibly upset. She also denigrated my wife for not finishing her meal (she only eats small amounts at one time, and at 60 years old she certainly doesn't need someone telling her how to eat!). That woman needs some customer service training, as her rudeness guaranteed WE WON'T BE BACK. There's LOTS of places to get a burger, don't waste your money at this place.“

“The food was great terrible service waitress never came back . finally this lady came by maybe manager she then asked if needed anything then again after 20 minutes of waiting she never came back either. we decided to leave and i let the manager know he said sorry and very nice give us a discount off the bill. This is the second time here now in Grants Pass . i really want to like this place but im not having a good experience here anymore. Hopefully this can be resolved !!!! $40 for 2 burgers and about 8 fries and was looking forward to more then that for just a $16 hamburger with 6 fries and no refill . Supposed to be endless . I was still hungry after leaving ..“

“Ashley was a pro from the moment we pulled into the drive-thru. Even volunteered that if I'd open my app, she'd help me get points for order. She was friendly and professional. Both my wife and I drove away feeling like we'd been appreciated. (11/22/25).
Note for management: I also have 'Samantha' written on my receipt...but I believe this might have been the manager's name. In case I have it backwards (2 weeks later), please acknowledge the correct employee. :)“

“Good place to grab a quick breakfast. Priced much better and maintained better than the last Carl's Jr we hit in Kettleman City. In fact, they had their breakfast burritos at 2 for $6. Such a deal. Service is great and clean restrooms make for a great stop. Not many choices at 6:30 AM in Grants Pass so happy to have a place that checks most of the boxes when it comes to fast food.“

“Arrived in Grants Pass Oregon tired from driving up from Lakeport, CA starving to death… checked into the Motel 6 with my pooch. My dog Charlie and I, walked the 2 blocks up to Julie‘s Uptown Bar and Grill to get an order to go.Cute funky place , very nice staff—-large parking lot if you don’t walk . They have an outdoor patio ( with ashtrays btw!) which was empty on Memorial Day weekend Saturday. 5:00 pm except for Charlie and me to grab a beer while I waited.I ordered the Saturday night special of Lasagna, which I don’t know if it was homemade, I think it was, but it was awesome. I love this place. I’ll be stopping here next time and try some of their other food. Many big chain motels nearby. Give it a chance. I wasn’t disappointed“

“The only reason why I'm giving this four stars is because the banana split is to die for, so is the pretzels. I always have to order online because whenever I go in it's almost nearly impossible to get the worker to take my order standing right there. Right now it's not as bad, but in the summertime there is just flies flying everywhere, and I don't know about any of y'all but if I see a single flying in a restaurant... I'm out. Other than nitpicking all the wrongs with the place... It's a very nice place to go to get some treats for your sweet tooth.“

“My husband and I came in today “just to see if things got better , I must say lots of improvements we ordered the eggs Benedict and it was wonderful service was wonderful. Everything was in a timely fashion all around I give them for today. Kyle was our server and he was excellent 10 out of 10.“

“Was closed to walk in traffic waited about 30 minutes or more to be order taken. Then another 10 minutes after the order was taken. I asked for a chocolate Sunday and I got a hot fudge Sunday ice cream was partially melted when the server delivered it to us. Staff were standing around watching one person work. Took 10 minutes to make a banana split. Very disappointed in the long wait.“

Grants Pass, OR. The morning/afternoon crew there is hands down the best ever. They are always happy and friendly and that makes me feel great. I always try to get my order when Charles is on duty. He is an excellent manager and has a great attitude, funny jokes, and a great smile that makes my day even better. Charles and his crew serve up more than smiles, the food there when he is on duty is always hot and fresh and tastes better than other locations and the coffee is always perfect.
Thanks to Charles and the crew for all that you do. You guys are the best!!!“
