“I visited Hope's several times over the past year. They have good coffee, gluten free pastries, great breakfast biscuits. However , if you go when they are busy or slow they are so slow. There three people working behind tbe counter so busy talking about Christianity and their prayers, all good. Just a bit much.. slowest customer service EVER.not a friendly environment.“

We met up with some of my kids friends for birthday pizza and the good food came fairly quickly and the pieces that we received were very delicious and had a very friendly amount of toppings. “BEST PLACE TO GET ASIAN FOODS!!! I was traveling from a different state here, and my group was really hungry, and we wanted Asian foods since we're Asian. This place surprised us so much. It tastes so much like our home country. I couldn't provide any picture because we were really hungry from the long trip and just dove in to eat. The food reminds me of my home country, and it was amazing. The prices are affordable. The service is awesome. My sister dropped her orange juice and got a new one without extra charges. It looks small and old, but the food isn't. The quality is fresh. The people are really friendly. Definitely coming back again.“

“It's absolutely a 5 star place. This is simply a marvelous find! It is now my go to place to meet up with people and have a cozy visit. They have an entire wall of teas from which to choose, and knowledgeable, informative, and patient staff; very helpful for folks like me who don't know much about teas but are happy to learn. A marvelous ambience; warm and inviting. And in addition to the teas, they have a guitar and a piano, if you want to play, in addition to a couple shelves of family friendly games or books to be used if you're in the mood. It is such a cozy and warm place to be!“

“This review is based on our last few minutes paying the bill, everything else was top notch. Our group of 4 was chatting when our bills arrived and continued to visit, and our waiter came by to gather abit later and told him it was ready. At this time we Bagan to review our bills to pay one with a card and we were paying cash. As soon as I placed the cash in their bifold and placed on the table another waiter came to the table and stated being just like our waiter and dressed similarly. Worth noting she was about 110 5 foot or so with our waiter at 220 plus and 6ft or so wit a great beard. I stated that our waiter had much bigger feet and a great beard with my wife commenting about our matching hairlines... lol right. No next thing we get is she identifies as law enforcement and proceeds to walk away with an elevated voice "I'll kick beat you down" I turned left to my friend and sain now she wants to wrestle. At this point mist people are watching and then just short of screaming she yells "I'll Kick your A$$". And indeed the entire restaurant is watching on what was going on, I simply went back to visiting with our group not knowing what was next. Not long afterwards our waiter walked by and as he did thank me for the tip. No follow up from management nothing. So probably about 15 minutes after this a few other groups had left and we started our departure and still nothing. Over the years we have been here many times as a couple and a few large groups, after this event not to sure we could return for an enjoyable dining experience with their staff threatening some ones life unprovoked. “The menu options were great and we enjoyed our food. The greeter and our waitress were especially friendly and helpful. However, the young lady who showed us to our table looked out of place. Everyone other employee was dressed in attire you would see at Oktoberfest as you would expect in a German restaurant. She was in a very casual oversized sloppy looking sweatshirt or sweater. And although I use a walker, she led my husband quickly to our table, chatted with him while waiting for me to catch up. Then she walked away without even waiting for me to actually get to the table or speaking to me at all - VERY RUDE!! Our waitress, server, greeter and the food more than made up for the bad taste she left in my mouth, thank goodness.“

“I learned about Hidden River Coffee Roasters from my morning dining experience at Victoria's Cafe. They serve the Mexico dark roast, which is aromatic and delicious. After breakfast I immediately drove out to Camas to purchase a bag of beans for home use. This coffee shop repurposed an old house, with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff were super friendly and helpful. FYI. The cold brew is a mix of Mexico medium and dark roast beans, another delicious option.“

“Fat cupcakes came through last minute for me with a beautiful and delicious birthday cake and cupcakes for my sons 4th birthday party! The cake had the best texture I have ever had and the entire thing plus the cupcakes was consumed as we all had seconds! The buttercream was perfect, smooth and not too sweet. “My husband and I came to this location for our Anniversary dinner date. He had steak and lobster and I had the lobster, shrimp & crab and mushroom smothered fish in a buerre blanc sauce and all I can say is it was chef's kiss perfection. I rarely get a dinner out where I can't replicate it at home. This was one of those times. Highly recommend this location. Service was A+. We will be back!!“

Friendly amongst themselves and customers (in a genuine way), accommodating, fast, and they all seemly treat each other with equal respect. I wish it wasn’t so rare in customer service, but this place just has good vibes and good food, all of which has been much appreciated to us.“
