“It's absolutely a 5 star place. This is simply a marvelous find! It is now my go to place to meet up with people and have a cozy visit. They have an entire wall of teas from which to choose, and knowledgeable, informative, and patient staff; very helpful for folks like me who don't know much about teas but are happy to learn. A marvelous ambience; warm and inviting. And in addition to the teas, they have a guitar and a piano, if you want to play, in addition to a couple shelves of family friendly games or books to be used if you're in the mood. It is such a cozy and warm place to be!“

“We visited this frozen yogurt café today. The staff member was friendly and welcoming, and the frozen yogurt was really delicious. The only downside is that the prices are a bit high, and the tables were dirty — I wish they were cleaned more often.“

“Been coming here for 20 years. Love the ingredients! And they have helped transition me from regular to gluten free crust. Understandably so the employees are always nice kids doing their best. I come in and order often and I don't know what happened with the vibes but no music? I don't know how many people enjoy the sound of humming machines for hours on end as an employee or just silence as a customer but my god, let the people that make this place revenue enjoy their shifts a little more. Specified spotify stations or rules can help control any miscues. Let's enjoy the wait for my pizza together rather than listen to the people beside me watch their tiktok videos on full blast.“

“We have tried Salt&Straw at various locations and states. Very consistent across it all.

Open concept design. Benches against giant windows to feel the breeze (it was a hot day). I’m sure wintertime they shut it tight. Bathroom inside (need a code).

The staff were very patient and friendly. You can ask as many samples as you want. Even if there’s a line, it usually move fast. Creamy, strong flavor, good quality ice cream.

The menu has interesting options. Even though we have been to many locations, we still haven’t tried them all. There are tubs and merchandises on display if you like a souvenir.“

“Finally checked out Mirisata and so happy I did. This was my first time trying Sri Lanka cuisine and I was skeptical as vegan food is not always my favorite. In this case I was blown away by the flavor and feeling of comfort my meal provided. The spices were apparent, but not so much you couldn’t taste the dish. It was filling, but not heavy or greasy. The staff is always exceptionally sweet and warm, even on busy mornings! The line can get a bit long— especially on weekends, but they’re generally really quick and efficient.

You can trust that every pastry and drink will be made with exceptional quality. My favorite pastries are the zucchini bread and cinnamon rolls (must arrive early on the weekends for those)!

Everything Keeper does is done with absolute excellence. I’ve never had a bad experience here, but I know that if I did, they’d make it right. I bring all my friends here for a reason. Best atmosphere, best people, best coffee, best treats. Love u, Keeper!“

“What a gem. Absolutely loved this little place. It can get a bit busy, but that is a sign of success, so it's worth a little wait.

There is a trove of Gluten-free pastry options, along with a regular breakfast/brunch menu. I recommend the Japanese custard buns. Yummy.“

“Phenomenal cookies! These are the best sweet treat to stick in your freezer and warm up on a day when you find yourself with a sweet tooth craving. I have been ordering from here for about a year now and Eva, the shop owner, is so nice. She provides excellent customer service and the shipping is pretty quick. There is always a rotating menu too, which keeps it fun. 😊🍪“

“I honestly wish I could give this place 1000 stars because they actually listened. I asked for half noodles, extra protein, light oil, and extra vegetables and they delivered it exactly how I wanted. Not “kind of,” not “close enough”… but perfect. You can tell they care about their customers and pay attention to details, which is rare these days.

The dish was flavorful without being heavy, fresh, and balanced in a way that made me feel good after eating!
That level of respect and execution? Yeah… that’s what keeps people coming back.

“I went to Andina as a solo diner on my birthday and could not have asked for a more uplifting and positive experience. I had the Ceviche de Conchas and the quinoa and rhubarb dish - both were incredible but especially the ceviche. The staff was very warm and welcoming especially Gabriel who was my server. My drinks were delicious.“

“I've been gluten and dairy free since 2021... not by choice. That's also the last time I had baked goods that actually tasted like they were supposed to. I tried several items from Gem Bakery including: cupcakes, chocolate cake, glazed donut, caramel brownie, chocolate cookie, and bagels. Oh my goodness, they were just how I remembered them tasting! Texture was spot-on, flavor was delicious, and I wouldn't have known the desserts were gluten and dairy free at all. There were no gritty or gummy textures in the wheat flour replacement and there wasn't an overwhelming coconut flavor where dairy was replaced. I hope to return to this basket every time we visit Portland!“

“This review is based on our last few minutes paying the bill, everything else was top notch. Our group of 4 was chatting when our bills arrived and continued to visit, and our waiter came by to gather abit later and told him it was ready. At this time we Bagan to review our bills to pay one with a card and we were paying cash. As soon as I placed the cash in their bifold and placed on the table another waiter came to the table and stated being just like our waiter and dressed similarly. Worth noting she was about 110 5 foot or so with our waiter at 220 plus and 6ft or so wit a great beard. I stated that our waiter had much bigger feet and a great beard with my wife commenting about our matching hairlines... lol right. No next thing we get is she identifies as law enforcement and proceeds to walk away with an elevated voice "I'll kick beat you down" I turned left to my friend and sain now she wants to wrestle. At this point mist people are watching and then just short of screaming she yells "I'll Kick your A$$". And indeed the entire restaurant is watching on what was going on, I simply went back to visiting with our group not knowing what was next. Not long afterwards our waiter walked by and as he did thank me for the tip. No follow up from management nothing. So probably about 15 minutes after this a few other groups had left and we started our departure and still nothing. Over the years we have been here many times as a couple and a few large groups, after this event not to sure we could return for an enjoyable dining experience with their staff threatening some ones life unprovoked. “The owner of this company, the good doctor Melissa, had some dogs that got out and ate several pets around our town yesterday (kelso, Washington) . About a dozen assorted pets. They entered a garage and tore apart a bunny huch and ate three rabbits. They ate one of my chickens. They ate a cat according Melissa's neighbor, she said she has video of the dog walking with a cat in its mouth. it also ate four other chickens just yesterday. When I called Melissa to find out how I was gonna be compensated she hung up on me. Another petty owner reported she was giving her attitude. Then, the animal control officer tells me this morning she made a joke about one of the dead chickens. She said the owner can now "have a nice BBQ." This all coming from the owner of this chocolate company. At least her husband was reasonable. The audacity to hang up on me. I have literal pictures of her dogs eating my chickens. Very lucky I didn't take her to court. People should be aware though, they can't claim to be cruelty free and then leave the dogs to eat others pets and then crack jokes about it. Like, how is that vegan or cruelty free? I'm gonna include some photos and a call log. yiu can see i called tye phone number on the dog tag and she hung up on me. that's why it's only 15 seconds long.“

Went to Tea Bar , but wasn’t open at 9:30am, even the girl was in the cafe and opened the door to tell me her cafe will be open for 10am, instead of serving me a latte. So I went to nearby Ovation. Great service with green tea latte. Plus they open everyday at 7am.“
