“I have been coming to this location for 5 years and usually come about 2/3 times a week with my husband and baby boy who runs around the mall and plays with the fire truck machine
First of all we love Jason he is an amazing manager and manages his store great he listens and cares about his customers.
Sooo sweet esp to my family and I

now I always get a black ice-tea with green jelly mango jelly boba and rainbow jelly
I haven’t changed it in 5 years
Now NORMALLY I DONT COMPLAIN!!!
But tonight seemed off!!
The girl with the pigtails on 9/19 seemed off!!
Today I ordered my usual and husband grabbed our drinks while baby was running around I was chasing him so I wasn’t able to try the drink right away but when I was able to it tasted wayyyyy off bitter tasting now I knew there was noooo sweetener !! So of course I went to the counter talked to the pig tail gal and said sorry to bother you but this drink seems off!! And she said what’s wrong I said there’s no sweetener in it she back fired with a responds to noooo there is sweetener in there I said no miss there is no sweetener it’s very bitter she said noooo it’s made just fine and didn’t even offer to remake it for me!! She didn’t even believe me luckily Nun correct me if I spelled it wrong she intervened and said hmm umm she is here a lot and she knows her drink I am sure very well!!! She wouldn’t make it up!! I said thank you I am here a lot and I wouldn’t make this up!!! She gladly grabbed my drink and said would you like me to remake it!? I said yes I am so sorry she said noooo it’s not your fault we know you come here a lot and we know you know how it’s suppose to taste !!! She was soooooo warm and very apologetic for what had happened !!!
And I lefted feeling like she really listened to my needs !!!

Point of my story is she made it right she always acts professional and I would promote her to be lead or shift lead she is amazing and very calm and relaxed and handle's situations with professional attitude! I work at starbucks and we get drinks made all the time it’s not a big deal we always help customers!! But that pigtail girl made me feel like my concerns didn’t matter!!! Or want to help!! She didn’t even say sorry to me for snapping at me. Nun deserves a recognition for going above and beyond and helping customers I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to a promotion Jason you gotta believe me on this one take my advice!!!!!!
You could of lost a regular
Customer if it wasn’t for nun!!!!
I would trust Nun to run the store while you’re not there any day!!!!
This occurred 9/19 around 7:20ish pm
I never want to be that person who feels bad about returning a drink back!!
Or feel like I am the problem!!

I wish the pigtail girl had a little more training on customer service and not snap back without hearing the whole story!! She made me feel really embarrassed.

“This place was awesome. My coworker is a huge Boba fan, so I wanted to grab him one for his birthday. The guy working walked me through the different choices and gave me some direction. I’ll definitely hit it up again. My coworker who drinks boba tea often said it was really good too.“

“Quick refreshments pick me ups needed post filling lunch. Popped in to get a few drinks for the family. The worker who took our order was super friendly and patient. I always take a bit longer to order my drink and she answered my questions (they do reward point system through clover app). Our drinks we're done pretty fast once ordered. I like how they go over each drink before the handoff just to ensure you got the right drinks. Lobby was clean, bright, spacious with a few spots to rest your weary feets or in our case full tummies.“

“The food seems more authentic than most. Although most dishes are spicy, their regular level is slice is very tolerable. Nice use of Sichuan peppercorns--everything warms the mouth without setting it on fire. I've had their mapo tofu, kung pao chicken, and beef with green onions. All very good. Looking forward to exploring more of their menu.“

I've ordered the coffee several times and everytime its like they dont want to give you a full cup. If I paid for a 16oz I want a full 16oz cup. Not 1/2 full with a ton of ice. Always trying to cut corners and not give customers what they want. Please do better on your service!“

“What a great place for boba drinks. It is located in a newly developed area. All drinks appear to come with many slices of lime wedges. If you are a lime lover, this place is for you.

We had a custom drink with Thai green tea, lychee flavor and jellies. The other drink was from a pre-made menu. Both drinks are quite sweet but they were just right if you let the ice melt a little.“

“BEST PLACE TO GET ASIAN FOODS!!! I was traveling from a different state here, and my group was really hungry, and we wanted Asian foods since we're Asian. This place surprised us so much. It tastes so much like our home country. I couldn't provide any picture because we were really hungry from the long trip and just dove in to eat. The food reminds me of my home country, and it was amazing. The prices are affordable. The service is awesome. My sister dropped her orange juice and got a new one without extra charges. It looks small and old, but the food isn't. The quality is fresh. The people are really friendly. Definitely coming back again.“

I just stopped by here after seeing they have limited BT21 Galaxy series drinks with BT21 merch! This special lasts til the end of this month, so if you're reading this review now, go stop by before it ends!
The place is bright and the staff is friendly! They have two kiosk stations to take your order, or you can always order at the front counter. Their menu is exactly all of the things I love: slushies/smoothies, classic teas, unique special teas, rice bites, and soft serve.

This was my first time dropping by, so I had to grab a Galaxy drink: the Ube, Matcha, Black sesame with coconut milk as a dairy substitute. They also have oat milk and soy milk. I went with their default settings for this drink because I wanted to experience their vision of this drink, and let me tell you, it is not super sweet! LOVE that! It's the right amount of sweetness to me, but you can always adjust the level of ice and sweetness to your liking. I went with the limited edition BT21 jar (blind box purchase) for $30. I love the jar :) Comes with a cleaner, glass straw, and a nice lid. Their drinks are beautifully presented with clean layers and mix nicely with each flavor complimenting each other. Ugh, YES. Finally, a place that has my top 3 favorite flavors in one drink!!! Each Galaxy drink comes with a BT21 designed cup sleeve too. My husband ordered their other Galaxy series drink: espresso, ube, and black sesame with coconut milk. Another solid choice that doesn't disappoint. My daughter ordered one of their many kid friendly drinks, dragonfruit slushy, and enjoyed it. The flavor is vibrant. It reflects the quality of this place.

“I have fond memories of this bakery pre-covid when the pastries were actually FULL of fillings so I’m a little biased.
The quality is good and I enjoy the occasional treat (savory and sweet) when I’m in the area. The amount of filling is probably 1/3 of what it use to be.
Service is friendly: the young man who helped me today went to the back and brought out warm curry buns for me!

I would love to see a return of to the previous glory that was King’s Bakery ✨generously✨ stuffed bbq pork buns and pineapple pastries but can’t complain too much since I already ate 4 of their goodies today 😋“

Prices run about $10 for three donuts and $6-7 for coffee, but the quality and presentation make it feel like a nice little indulgence. Real talk on affects: I don't know what's in the teas to be causing this, and I'm never one to be affected by caffeine, but when I have a tea past 5pm, I'm awake still at 1am. i need to start going in the morning as the energy I get is clear and not shakey and lasts for hours.“

The server/maker was the nicest person in Portland that we encountered, the honey boba pearls were perfect chewy/melty consistency and our teas were so tasty without being overly sweet. I ordered a blended matcha lavender and my daught ordered a honeydew. Well done, 5 stars, highly recommend.

Parking: There is a parking lot across the street, you have to pay if you stay longer than an hour.“
