“Quick refreshments pick me ups needed post filling lunch. Popped in to get a few drinks for the family. The worker who took our order was super friendly and patient. I always take a bit longer to order my drink and she answered my questions (they do reward point system through clover app). Our drinks we're done pretty fast once ordered. I like how they go over each drink before the handoff just to ensure you got the right drinks. Lobby was clean, bright, spacious with a few spots to rest your weary feets or in our case full tummies.“

“The food seems more authentic than most. Although most dishes are spicy, their regular level is slice is very tolerable. Nice use of Sichuan peppercorns--everything warms the mouth without setting it on fire. I've had their mapo tofu, kung pao chicken, and beef with green onions. All very good. “IMHO this place grew way too fast and they weren't completely prepared for the onslaught on demand. Accuracy, service and cleanliness have suffered, not terribly, but noticeably. I have confidence these issues will be figured out, addressed and solved and as long as they are well capitalized, and don't try to be all things to all people, they will continue to be a great addition to the community.“

“We ordered 2 pho orders togo. Prices are good, portions are good, pho broth is good, place is clean and friendly staff. The only thing that I really wish that was better was the brisket, it was thin, dry and tough also the tendon was a little tough compared to Pho Hung and Pho Oregon, it usually melts in your mouth. I would of gave it a 5 stars if the meat was tender. If the chef could work on not overcooking the meat then this would be my go to spot.“

“Food here is great! I've been to 3 different T4s and this place probably has the best fried squid out of all of them. The basil chicken was alright and the portion size was pretty big. Drinks were as expected.

What I like about this place is that it is much bigger and they offer a wide range of food options that are actual meals. My favorite is the squid. Not too small, nor too big and have a good flavor to them. The chicken was much bigger, less crunchy and a bit bland. Overall, this place is great and I am satisfied.“

“Yifang is an excellent franchise chain across North America - glad to see Portland got one.

They have probably the best quality, and best tasting steeped teas as their bases compared to any boba chain or shop.

And the fruit add-ins always taste and feel great.

Adjustable sugar and ice is a must.

The real, Taiwanese hibiscus flowers (roselle) placed in the drinks are awesome.

“Fresh and super friendly boba shop with no extra charges that turn your boba stop into a mortgage payment (never go to @Bobacat down the street. The prices listed for some drinks are higher in their system and they just smile when confronted with the extra hidden charge 🫠) I come here 3-4 times a week and it’s solid. I just wish there was a way to tip their hard working employees when using tap payment. Minus one star for that. Shame.“

“We always like going to Pho Gia whenever I'm in town visiting. Great food and very reasonable prices. As in comparison to other similar restaurants in the Milwaukie area. Real talk on affects: I don't know what's in the teas to be causing this, and I'm never one to be affected by caffeine, but when I have a tea past 5pm, I'm awake still at 1am. i need to start going in the morning as the energy I get is clear and not shakey and lasts for hours.“

“My husband and I love grabbing their kumquat sugarcane drink! It’s refreshing and a healthier option 🌸 We live about 40 mins out and will do the drive sometimes multiple times a week. They have great customer service and are fast! I’ve also had their coconut sugarcane and their avocado w boba. Delicious! A plus, they have the best ice, pearl 😍😋“

“Definitely the cheapest Jello Shots in town but I think they might also be the best. $1.50 a pop with flavors like Strawberry Shortcake, Pink Starburst, Margarita, and Cherry. Each one made with different liquor.

A couple years ago I gave this place 1 ⭐. Since then they've made a lot of improvements... Walled eating area with plenty of seating. Not sure if it's heated but better than other stand alone food carts. Books to read. Cables and outlets to charge devices. Plenty of parking (you just need to go up the driveway). Staff went out of their way to make my visit special. Prices are great. I ordered the shredded pork ban mí (which was filling by itself), got a free hot tea (think Lipton), and only paid $7!
There may be a language barrier but it's worth it because you'll love anything you get.

“We got the coffee flight, coconut, banana, and salted. I love the strength of Vietnamese coffee, and it was balanced well with these flavors, which weren’t overbearing. The coconut was really refreshing, the salted was delicious but I would finish it prior to drinking the other, sweeter drinks. The banana was our favorite!!“

“This boba food truck hit all the spots for me. The server/maker was the nicest person in Portland that we encountered, the honey boba pearls were perfect chewy/melty consistency and our teas were so tasty without being overly sweet. I ordered a blended matcha lavender and my daught ordered a honeydew. Well done, 5 stars, highly recommend.
