“I decided to try The Red Straw and was pleasantly surprised. The bubble tea had great flavor, and the boba itself had a really nice texture, itt seemed like they use quality ingredients. The shop was clean and the location is convenient.
I would have liked to see more exotic or unique flavors on the menu, but what they offer is still good. My only other feedback is that the space could feel a bit more inviting, more comfortable seating and additional décor could make it a place where people want to stay and relax longer.
Overall, a good spot for bubble tea and I would recommend it.“

“What an incredible and amazing coffee stand!!! The owners/staff are cheerful and excel in customer service. They definitely know and are passionate about coffee! As a former barista, I am extremely critical and I have absolutely no critique. The espresso shots are pulled perfectly and the milk is frothed at the right temperature!!! “More like 3.5 stars. The service was excellent and the workers were really friendly. However, I disliked the food, they overpowered the sandwich with mayonnaise and the strawberry lemonade was not mixed so all the syrup was at the bottom. A little overpriced but not too ridiculous. I would recommend it for people that need a quick coffee or pastry but for the food not really.“

“I have been drinking Capitol Press Coffee for over a year now and it's hard to drink anything else! The coffee is fresh, smooth, and there are several different flavor profiles to choose from so there's a coffee for everyone! So glad I found Capitol Press coffee!!“

“Everyone here is usually pretty friendly and efficient. It’s annoying that you can’t reward them with a tip unless you have cash on you. I mean we are living in the days of tech. And you can’t add a tip through paying with the app or using your debit card.“

“My wife took our 5 month old son out for a quick drive to Dutch, but he started crying while in line to pickup her order. It was an ugly cry, and my wife was worried about baby of course. The staff here noticed the situation and told my wife that the drink was on the house, and to keep up the great work, raising a healthy little boy. She was moved to tears, and she called me immediately to tell me what happened (tears were flowing 🤣). These little details, small as they may seem, make SUCH an impact on people.

The other donuts are incredible, too, but the powdered with the poof of chocolate icing is my go-to 4 LIFE! When my husband and I journey 25+ miles to a Sesame Donuts and our box of donuts is in our car, I may spontaneously serenade my donuts.
