This just happened recently - two back to back mess-ups in one day actually ? - due to staffing issues / overworked employees. The shift supervisor (Emily) was very kind and apologized and remedied the issue to my satisfaction. Top notch customer service!!!People are humans, not robots. Mistakes happen. But how they are handled is what counts! ❤️ Starbucks wins with their customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction. We are lacking this in so many establishments these days. “Usually enjoy drinking my coffee inside. However, this evening there was a customer (employees knew the individual) that made multiple loud. outbursts that startled the customers trying to converse with their fellow coffee drinkers. Employees choose not to ask this individual to stop the outbursts. :(“

“I've been coming to this Starbucks for quite sometime to have my whole bean French Roast ground for me. I have yet to see anything short of Great customer service. Everyone I have dealt with in this store has great customer service skills and they all seem to have a very upbeat and positive attitude. Kudos to you all at this store. You all are a great asset to Starbucks.“
