“Pizza is a taste of my childhood- familar, tasty and comforting. Service was ok, but employees seem a little on the tense/angry side. As for the atmosphere? There were several unbussed tables and the room was quite cold like the AC was on full blast despite it being a chilly fall day outside. While the entry doors are ADA compliant, there are 2 doors to navigate with a significant threshold, which could make wheelchair access tricky if you don't have someone to hold doors open.
Also, they don't take Discover card.“

In my defense I just didn't know and had questions about your establishment I have two special needs kids and my oldest will at this rate pretty much only eat pizza which is why I'm here so often
Like you I too, was having a horrid day, to which it seems the both of us set each other off

Alas this review is actually for the night manager/ supervisor who was more than willing to answer my questions as I came back in after sitting with what My initial experience was walking into this establishment-
Not only did he go above and beyond to correct the in reality kind of not so great service that I had just experienced but also thanked me for being as regular as I am because like I said I am always in here whether it's me or my husband due to the fact that our special needs boy quite literally only eats pizza and I'm at my wits end and at least he eats something
I want to thank him from the deepest bottom of my heart to the degree that I plan to call in the morning just to talk about how great his service was and thank you for answering all of my questions about the rewards member app and ensuring that there is not one and there is an app but it doesn't work like all the other chain restaurants and truly thank you for understanding the confusion on the free crazy bread part I thought it was a chain thing I didn't realize it was an individual restaurant thing
