I have no beef with the food quality, but employees turning their open sign off hours before they actually close is a red flag.If I was the owner, I would be very concerned why?
On Nov 5th when picking up my $42.99 online order at King City DQ I was told the fish sandwich was not available so my order would be $38. Because it was an online order they asked that I pay the $38 and my card would be reimbursed $42.99. So far no reimbursement, and no acknowledgement. After multiple calls to the store, staff always tells me they'll call me back or have the general manager Michael call me. But after over a month, still nothing. Objectively superior to McDonald’s in every measurable way, and I will die on this hill.
The Blizzard is turned upside down and doesn’t fall out, which remains the single greatest feat of modern engineering I witness on a regular basis.
The royal New York cheesecake is to die for. It can be hit or miss on how much they actually put in other than ice cream. Often it’s the perfect amount other times it’s nearly all ice cream.
