I have been here quite a few times and have never had a bad experience. The staff are really nice and very accommodating. The location of this store is also very central and has great parking.“

“A local favorite. Lots of options. I tried the matcha blended which is slushy like It was tasty and refreshing!! I also had an iced tea with oatmilk to go. Hint: order light ice so you aren't finished in a few sips. I asked for it to be lightly sweetened abd it was perfect. The atmosphere is pretty basic. Clean with both indoor and outdoor seating.“

“I am a novice regarding Boba. I know I know. Anyways. They were very patient in walking me through the options and what each option is. I don’t like the flavor of tea so they have non caffeinated fresh fruit options. The mango boba with milk and white pearls was delicious. Can’t wait to be back. Yummy.

Update: Tried the drunken noodles and they were lovely. I am so glad they stir fry tofu separately and not with meat. Yes still keeping my 5 star revie.“

“The prices, selection, and service made this the best choice for boba. It's in the Pioneer Mall food court so the atmosphere is...a mall food court. The single guy running the whole thing did great. It took a little while to get our drinks but they were delicious and cheaper than the other place just down the hallway.“

“We came here for pho and it sure didn't disappoint. We ordered P4 and P10 and both bowls had huge portions of beef and noodles. The broth was also spot on.

Parking: The parking lot is behind the restaurant. There's also street parking.“

“My husband and I stopped into the mall to avoid traffic on the way back from downtown errands. This place is situated next to the Auntie Annie's Pretzel and I visited both in tandem. Offerings of ice teas, milk, teas, and jellies. It's a price mostly by size with all standard extras included which is a nice change of pace for people who need alternatives or don't want to calculate the cost of one bougie treat drink over another. I had the matcha milk tea with lychee bobba. He opted to do lemonade at the other place because this place is pretty excluively teas. I will probably return if I go to the ice rink there. It was expedient service and they recommendations were helpful.

“Just went into the new location for the first time. Incredibly cute interior, and staff were super nice. I tried the signature milk tea—REALLY good tea! But was the regular boba also good? Everyone knows there needs to be a good balance—some places have good tea but not great boba, other places have good boba but not great tea. This boba was also REALLY good. Definitely going to be a new spot for me, well worth the 20 minute walk.“

I always take a bit longer to order my drink and she answered my questions (they do reward point system through clover app). Our drinks we're done pretty fast once ordered. I like how they go over each drink before the handoff just to ensure you got the right drinks. Lobby was clean, bright, spacious with a few spots to rest your weary feets or in our case full tummies.“

“My go to bakery for any cravings I have. They continue to beat neighboring restaurants in quality and affordability. I’ve been coming here for 2 years for custom cakes and weekend pastries. One of the best bakeries in portland and reminds me of what i grew up with in SF.“
