“I came to Queen Mamas Kitchen sometime last week and had very high expectations and to say the least my expectations were succeeded. The Chicken Filet was my favorite but I also fancied the Fish Pompano and the Lemon mint juice. The desserts were astonishing my personal favorite was the Dubai chocolate Milkshake. The food was enough to make me write a review but the service and interior of the restaurant made sure it was gonna be a 5 star… Honestly if I could give a restaurant 10 stars this would be the one. Lastly the service, this restaurant is family owned and our waiter was named Sully and he made us feel like we were part of the family. He was patient, funny, and would give us recommendations if we asked for them. In conclusion Queen Mamas Kitchen is a MUST if you’re in Portland“
“White Pepper was fantastic!! They were so wonderful and helpful in rescheduling our wedding twice for covid. They were always available to help with questions throughout the planning process. On the wedding day, the service staff was incredible. And the FOOD! Hands down the best wedding food my husband and I have ever had. All of the guests said the same. Somehow they were able to mix a farm to table fresh menu with such decadence still. I would recommend them a million times!“

Each ingredient is clearly chosen with thoughtfulness, and every forkful of a little concert for your palate!“
“Johanna is skilled, kind and a joy to be around and learn from. I took a cooking class from her recently and it was really helpful. I have a ton of food sensitivities and feeding myself can be very overwhelming. Johanna not only offered me a bunch of pracical tips, tricks and recipes, but she also inspired me back into a loving, joyful relationship with my how I feed and nourish my body.“

“Remember folks, all the negative and over the top ago reviews within a few days of each other are hate brigades. They are bots and accounts that aren’t in Portland and have never experienced Desi Pdx. since no service was provided it should not be considered valid.“

“We hired the Portland Catering Company for our wedding and had the most wonderful experience! Katie was communicative, clear, and incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions. They handled EVERYTHING, quirky requests like adding an edible wax seal to each slice of cake, to things I didn't even think to ask. They went above and beyond, the staff was incredibly friendly and hustled all night long clearing things, refilling waters, and packing up food. Not to mention the food was delicious! I would hire them again and again, highly recommend if looking for professional and friendly catering service to handle your next big event.“

“The best part of wedding planning was working with DFC. They were so professional, efficient, easy to work with, they communicated well, and they make GREAT good and drink. Our tasting meetings were fun. We had no worries going into our event, especially with Dan being our catering rep - he was indespensible. Our wedding day went smoothly and the staff provided spectacular service. The buffet looked lovely, food tasted great, and the Cuban Missile punch lasted only an hour before it was gone. Altogether great experience, I recommend DFC to anyone planning any event!“
“We had a great experience with Premiere Catering for our wedding. The food was good (especially the mac 'n cheese!) and the waitstaff were all very professional. John and Michael were both timely and helpful in their email and phone communications leading up to our event, which gave us the confidence we needed that our day would run smoothly.
On the day of the event, the Premiere Catering staff went above and beyond to serve our event by helping move tables and serving dessert from a third-party vendor.

New
Under new management, and now called the Mini Bar. This place was a perfect replacement. Everyone is very friendly and personal. You can feel the warm energy as soon as you walk into the space. The feeling under the lights making the atmosphere feel like photo development room. I truly enjoyed it. Also the homemade romesco is so delicious, let it be first thing you order!
My favorite thing is the homemade Jell-O shots, they are so fun and in a real orange 🍊“

“5 stars for the private in-home chef (Allie) who turned a short-notice birthday bash into a culinary masterpiece! When I called in a panic, thinking we'd be stuck with Red Lobster, Olive Garden or the other usual suspects, this chef swooped in like a gourmet fairy godmother. She was accommodating, gracious, and thoughtful, crafting a meal that made my guests think I had planned this shindig for months. I’m pretty sure she sprinkled a little magic into every dish. Next time I need to impress on a whim, I’m calling her first!“

However, what really stood out was the Chef and staff's absolute enthusiasm for the theme, and their passionate expression of their talents through the meals. Our wedding was Medieval-Fantasy/Lord of The Rings themed, and the chefs went out of their way to research real authentic medieval cuisine with an inspired twist, which really made the event truly magical. I would also like to thank Tracy for her amazing customer service and eagerness to bring the magic to life.“

Paul was so great to work with, and very communicative about what we needed to provide and what he would handle with his team. He was able to adjust the menu to accommodate our various food allergy needs, and the overwhelming feedback from our employees was that the food was fabulous and amazing. “Ordered a bean rice and cheese burrito. It was mostly rice but the rice was DELICIOUS! The burrito was hot af when it came out but somehow when I finally made it down to the cheese it wasn’t melted. That’s the only reason I’m not giving this burrito a 5 star.“

“Just moved to Oregon and tried some coffee and one of the pastries and it was absolutely delicious. I absolutely recommend this place, Maddie was very nice and helpful with helping me pick out something to eat as I have never heard of the place before. I will definitely be here regularly.“
