“White Pepper was fantastic!! They were so wonderful and helpful in rescheduling our wedding twice for covid. They were always available to help with questions throughout the planning process. On the wedding day, the service staff was incredible. And the FOOD! Hands down the best wedding food my husband and I have ever had. All of the guests said the same. From the very beginning, Michael was incredibly responsive and easy to reach, which immediately set Premiere apart from the other caterers we considered. After attending a tasting and being blown away by the food, we knew we had found the right choice. As our event approached, Michael remained consistent with communication and was especially helpful when coordinating rentals.

On the day of the event, we realized we were short on chairs, and Michael handled it immediately by ordering additional rental chairs—completely stress-free for us. During the event, Mitch, the chef, stayed on site and was absolutely fantastic. He had a great attitude, stayed on top of everything, and he and his staff handled the chaos of a large party with ease. We are so grateful for their flexibility and professionalism.

And the food—absolutely delicious. The brisket is to die for! We received rave reviews from our guests, and the catering was truly a highlight of the night. Originally, we were working with a different catering manager who arranged our tasting. They were so kind to any changes we had and were great about suggestions, too. The new catering manager, Laura, made it feel like nothing changed at all! We appreciated how quickly Laura got back to us about the most trivial of questions we have. Her communication was quick and she was very professional and diligent! Laura came out to our venue walkthrough and made our whole catering experience go so smoothly when connecting with our coordinator and venue coordinator. The catering team for the buffet on our wedding day was absolutely incredible. Truly the kindest people ever. They brought us passed appetizers while we were taking photos and made sure our dinner plates were full and ready for us -- just that little thing made me so happy. All of our guests loved the food, from the passed appetizers to the meal, even the lemonade. I'm still hearing people rave about the crispy coconut chicken!! They also helped clean up and put our rentals away, on top of putting leftovers into tins for us. I didn’t have to think about anything except how great all of the food was! They are so well organized and every part of working with them was so easy!“
