“Two Chicks & a Rooster provided the prime rib dinner for our boat club holiday event last night. I have to highlight the exceptional job the member of your team did! She was efficient, and obviously very capable. She pulled off the entire thing solo, and everything went off without a hitch! The dinner was delicious, and I especially loved the orange glazed, green beans!“
“White Pepper was fantastic!! They were so wonderful and helpful in rescheduling our wedding twice for covid. They were always available to help with questions throughout the planning process. On the wedding day, the service staff was incredible. And the FOOD! Hands down the best wedding food my husband and I have ever had. All of the guests said the same. Somehow they were able to mix a farm to table fresh menu with such decadence still. I would recommend them a million times!“

“Jeremy and Matt are like no other! Field Day catered our wedding this past weekend and we were blown away by their food, service, professionalism and staff. As someone with dietary restrictions you always worry about eating at a wedding, but they were great about making accommodations so both our guests and I would leave with full bellies. We had many guests tell us that this was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding and we couldn’t agree more. The food was fresh, seasonal, and delicious. Our day of coordinator was also in awe of their organization and professionalism. If we could do it all over again we would pick Field Day without any hesitation and to be honest we hope that someday we have an excuse to book them again. We cannot recommend them enough!“

“Rene is a mastermind chef. My Niacaraguan friend researched places before we flew out from New York. We were texting for weeks before we finally came and he was so attentive and friendly. The food was DECLICIOUS. I am so happy we found him. We support this business and believe Rene has a good mind to serve the community Nicaraguan food we love. The nacatamales were tasty, and filled with all the right ingredients. The pork fell off easily and was very good. The platanos were also fire. This place is worth visiting again and again. God bless man, we love your food! 🥰“

“We hired the Portland Catering Company for our wedding and had the most wonderful experience! Katie was communicative, clear, and incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions. They handled EVERYTHING, quirky requests like adding an edible wax seal to each slice of cake, to things I didn't even think to ask. They went above and beyond, the staff was incredibly friendly and hustled all night long clearing things, refilling waters, and packing up food. Not to mention the food was delicious! I would hire them again and again, highly recommend if looking for professional and friendly catering service to handle your next big event.“

“The food for our wedding was amazing, as expected. However, what really stood out was the Chef and staff's absolute enthusiasm for the theme, and their passionate expression of their talents through the meals. Our wedding was Medieval-Fantasy/Lord of The Rings themed, and the chefs went out of their way to research real authentic medieval cuisine with an inspired twist, which really made the event truly magical. I would also like to thank Tracy for her amazing customer service and eagerness to bring the magic to life.“
“I will not use any other catering company and I work in PR so this says a lot. Chloe Fennell is so great to work with. Very communicative and creative. I especially love her designs. And they can work with your budget to create what you want...making a down-to-earth budget appear extravagant! I've hired them for a Bat Mitzvah, personal parties and a few work events.“
“I cannot say enough good things about Allie and her team of chefs that prepared 4 meals for us during our wedding weekend.
I contacted Allie with an exact list of items I wanted her to make--NONE of them had anything in common and she said challenge accepted.
BOY did she deliver. I mean the food was INCREDIBLE all weekend. She made us a beautiful fancy dinner Friday night, Breakfast and Lunch on Saturday and a phenomenal dinner of our favorite foods Saturday night. This was all for 58 guests.
Each meal was WIPED clean. Our guests still talk about her bacon wrapped dates, breakfast on Saturday morning and how delicious and fun her food was Saturday night.
Allie was extremely accommodating and flexible with our head count changes and menu changes. She truly wanted it to be the best weekend for us and went above and beyond to make sure of that.
Friday her and her team got stuck in an insane pile up that was not typical traffic for the area (Brightwood, OR). Our Friday dinner was barely delayed at all even though she arrived later than she expected.
Not only was the food absolutely incredible, her team left this kitchen in their air BNB SPOTLESS! We cooked pizza rolls in our house and the kitchen was a disaster, her team cooked FOUR HUGE MEALS and it was spotless.
Allie and her team stayed in an air bnb with some of our guests. Our guests reported back to us they were seriously awesome, respectful, quiet and worked flawlessly together.

I've been so impressed by everything, from the quality of the food to the communication. I especially commend their delivery staff. Every single one has been so kind, prompt, and professional. Very much recommended for corporate catering needs!
I will say, they are VERY generous with portions. Plan for leftovers!“

Paul was so great to work with, and very communicative about what we needed to provide and what he would handle with his team. He was able to adjust the menu to accommodate our various food allergy needs, and the overwhelming feedback from our employees was that the food was fabulous and amazing. Their whole team was enthusiastic, helpful, and simply a joy to work with. I highly recommend them!

“Premiere Catering did the food for our wedding and it was amazing! Michael was very responsive, typically getting back to our calls or emails the same day. Lots of things came up in the months leading up to the wedding, so we had many questions and requests, and he helped us get everything figured out that we needed. He arrived early on the day of to accommodate some of our set up needs, which we really appreciated. The food was incredible! We got so many comments from our guests raving about the food, and all of the staff and servers were wonderful.“

“Ordered a bean rice and cheese burrito. It was mostly rice but the rice was DELICIOUS! The burrito was hot af when it came out but somehow when I finally made it down to the cheese it wasn’t melted. That’s the only reason I’m not giving this burrito a 5 star.“
