The wide variety of pizza toppings and combos are all delicious, so the only problem with Papa's is making up your mind which one to order; and on Tuesday the price is low enough, why not get 2! I've lived in Oregon 50 years and it's the best I've found (except for the wood fired oven of The Bread Board in Falls City); have visited over 50 pizza parlors rated highly thru-out Oregon. I should have glanced at his name tag 😔 but anyways, I ordered a chicken club with side salad, and he sent one of his coworkers to the store to get some fresh avacados, because the ones they had were hard as a rock. I appreciated that alone, but when his coworker came back with more rock hard avacados (lol) he still made it right and I still got my delicious sandwich. “Our server was great . She was attentive without being intrusive. I gave a confusing order and when it came it wasn't what I thought I had ordered but was fine so I didn't say anything. When she noticed it she evidently went to the manager and came back with a range of options. I said it was fine and took the dessert option. What special service! “Celebrated our 45th anniversary at Bamboo Sushi which has been a tradition for us for the last 10 years (except for Covid years). It was again an overall super great experience. The oysters were awesome and the shallot/mint topped them off well. We had a Unicorn Roll and also the Island Hopper Roll, sashimi, and Caesar salad, and finished with a Happy Anniversary HAUPIA PIE dessert. Manager Lauren and crew/ servers helped make our day special. Bamboo Sushi is our go to sushi place and we definitely will be back many times before out 46th.“

The price is reasonable and the taste is very good. There are many sushi restaurants in this area, but when considering the price-performance ratio, I think this restaurant is the best.

Among many restaurants, there are many restaurants that boast of being the best in sushi and charge a lot of money for the meal, but basically, the taste of sashimi comes from the fish, and people cannot artificially produce the taste.

And I can say with certainty that there are only 3~4 companies that supply sashimi in this area, so the fish used in high-end restaurants and the sashimi from the neighborhood are the same fish in the end, and in most cases, the quality of sashimi is almost the same.

If I wanted to eat the best sushi that no one has ever eaten, I would rather save up money and go to Japan and find the real best restaurant.

The quality of sushi restaurants in this area is not that different... but we better know that the bill for the meal can vary greatly.

If you can eat the same quality sashimi at a reasonable price, I would recommend this restaurant. Well-trained sushi chefs can make the menu you want right away, and in most cases, you can eat the food right on the track.

The sushi on the track is freshly made, so you might not need to, but if you still don't like it, you can ask the chef to make it again...

Above all, I recommend this restaurant's udon on cold days like these. I've been to many different restaurants and eaten udon, but when it comes to udon, I personally like this restaurant's udon the best.“
