Went thru drive thru after ordering for tacos. Actually they are very tasty and filled better than other Jacks. Worth the stop.

Jack in the Box restaurants in Medford can have long wait times due to a lack of staff. However, the drive-through experience can be improved by the friendly and complimentary interactions with the staff, like Kevin who gave great customer service and went above and beyond. The food, particularly the milkshakes and sourdough Jack, receives positive feedback. The tacos are also mentioned as a notable menu item, though orders are sometimes not correct or missing food items and the food temperature is not what it should be.
