“The farm that the Cayuse Vineyards sits on used to be owned by my grandparents Joe and Eunice Waliser. I don't remember when they purchased it, I only remember growing up picking the fruit from the apple and cherry trees and tagging along behind my uncles who were a decade older than me. We drove past the property a little over a year ago and I can't believe that the house is still there; however, the landscape has changed dramatically. It's great to see that this land, that I grew up on, is being recognized and valued through the art and science of wine making.“

“We enjoy our neighbors who have awesome events throughout the year especially in the spring, summer fall. We often ride our lusitano horses by the venue and it is alway well kept and blossoming with fun people. The wine and atmosphere is a fantastic vibe.“

“We have been here a few times and always get the best service. The staff is fun, educated and makes the wine tasting experience memorable. They outdid themselves last night. Our friend wanted to propose to his girlfriend, so we asked if they could help us make it happen. The Saviah team went over and above, started the fire pit outside, turned on the outdoor lights, and let us select the perfect music for an incredible proposal. They made our friend and his fiancée’s night one they’ll never forget. Thank you!“
“One of our favorite wineries in Walla Walla. Though the tasting room is modest and off the standard path of estate rooms, they serve wonderful wine and are definitely club worthy. As their owner is one of just a few master sommeliers - they know wine.“

“LOVED our visit to Dillon. We were a group of 15 and it was hands down our favorite experience we had. We learned so much and the wine was amazing - we joined the club and we're so excited to try other bottles as they are released. Drive out there is gorgeous too - we loved the setting. “Had a nice tasting experience at Northstar. We'd not been out before but it is a beautiful setting and very nice tasting room. Looks like outside would be delightful in Spring and Summer. Our host, Nathan, was attentive and fun to chat with. He went out of his way to discuss wine and address our questions - a real asset for this winery. Not too much and not too litte. These wines are well made and represent their WA varitals well. Structured with some aging potential - and necessity in a few cases. It would definitely be a good tasting stop on any visitors Walla Walla short list.“

“We had a very nice time visiting Longshadows. The setting is peaceful and serene. The Chihuly art pieces are great. Staff was very friendly. Carina did a great job explaining the tasting options and describing each wine. We appreciated that she crafted some individual tastings for our group that included a mix of red and white options. The charcuterie board was outstanding! We will definitely be back.“
“We travelled down to Walla Walla from the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia for a few days and visited some of the wineries in town and our tasting with Ryan at Seven Hills was by far the best tasting we experienced during our visit. He was so friendly and so informative and knowledgeable about the region and wines presented. We had a great tasting and left with some delicious wines!! Will definitely return some day and would highly recommend this winery to anyone looking for a great experience.“

“We had a great tasting here and I have to give big thanks and props to the person who did our pours for also being so sweet to our daughter. It was a hot day and their lovely shaded patio was perfect for some great wine, a snack, and a cold non-alcoholic drink for her. The story of this wine is pretty amazing and we are so glad we stopped in and had a chance to try the wine and buy a bottle for later!“
“4.5 overall. We three visited in July 2025; it was the 4th visit for two of us and the first for the other. Consistently good experience.
AMBIANCE: 4.5. The tasting room / area lies in a bowl within vineyards, and thus one has a nice feeling of being in the countryside though without a long-distance view. The building has a rustic yellow-stone appearance with a very pleasant outside area, reinforcing the bucolic image. A friendly, restrained dog completed the picture. We had a large cheese and fruit place delivered by Palette (for the second year in a row).
SERVICE: 4.0. Friendly, knowledgeable college student on summer break with several years of experience at Va Piano.
WINE: 4.0. Very good wines. We especially enjoyed the Savignon Blanc.“

The shape of the glass to the flavor profile of the wine... go to Cotes De Ciel and ask... you will gain an understanding that's immeasurably valuable. “We had a spectacular time at Garrison Creek Cellars, which is the estate winery of Les Collines Vineyard. The building and vineyard are gorgeous. Our guide, Dylan, was knowledgeable and engaging. We got to tour the facility and even taste a barrel sample. My favorite portion of the tasting was a side by side comparison of two different Syrahs--it was amazing to taste the difference. We also enjoyed the delicious cheese platter. Definitely a must do when in Walla Walla (even though there's a wait list to become a member).“
“Dusted Valley is a family-owned estate winery in Walla Walla and has a great story. They have a patio area with nice views as well as an inside tasting room. Their wines are delicious; we LOVED the Squirrel Tooth Alice. Thanks to wine maker Corey for a very entertaining experience, we highly recommend Dusted Valley.“

“Small and intimate tasting room. Very conveniently located if you’re staying at the Marcus Whitman hotel. A great line up of whites and red wine, the Syrah and the sublime blend are both delicious. If you’re staying downtown I would definitely recommend this place as a stop on your wine tour!“

“Jeff was the best wine tasting host in our already exceptional visit to Walla Walla! Not only was he knowledgable about Dama's wine and history, but he is an expert story-telling, extremely educated about a variety of topics, warm and friendly. He gave us terrific recommendations for other places to visit, and added substantially to our experience. We're partial to reds, and they were bold, yet balanced, and each had a unique but pleasant taste. The wine club membership is a great value and the location downtown is fantastic for people watching.“

If you’re in the area and you’re looking for a fantastic wine tasting & some paired snacks and charcuterie this is your place!
We were driving back home for the holidays and decided to stop in. We were greeted with the most beautiful Christmas decor and friendly faces.
Major & Aly at the walk up bar were amazing!!! We joked about bringing them along the rest of our 20 hour drive, just because of how well they treated us. They knew so much about the wine and us being “wanna-be wine connoisseurs” loved it. They made us really enjoy our experience and we will be back because of them and the top tier wine quality.
Parking: Easy, free street parking. Plenty.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access to front doors.“
