“Update: they have completely different staff now. Everyone I interacted with was warm, friendly and good at their job. They were patient and answered all of my questions. Totally different experience from last year. I am very happy with the changes and am greatful to be treated respectfully and kindly.

Long story short it took 6 months for healthy smiles monmouth to even send the referral for my wisdom teeth. During that time I called many many times and left many many voicemails. The one phone call I was able to get someone on the phone, (after dozens of attempts) they informed my my referral had never been sent but they would do it the next day. That turned out to be a lie. Many more months passed and I called and called and called and left more voicemails that were never returned. After about 6 months from my initial visit, I finally just went into the office, where the receptions were quite rude. It was confirmed the referral had never been sent. That seemed to do the trick though because 6 months after my initial appointment and hundreds of phone calls later they finally sent the referral! I did finally get a call back from the voicemails I left about the referral for my wisdom teeth AFTER my wisdom teeth were already removed. If you need a referral sent immediately this is not the place to go. If you have a pending referral you need to go into the office to get anything done because rarely answer their phone and don't check or respond to voicemails for weeks or months. The only way to get it done is to go into the office...again..“
