Awesome place tucked away in the backcountry. Service: I booked a reservation in advance for my friend group that was spending a weekend in the mountains for friendsgiving. We went here! I was a little hesitant when I called the night of as it seemed the waiter was not in the best mood, but I will say he was very attentive to us and made sure we had everything we needed. I have lived at the foot of Mount Hood for thirty years and in that time visited the Cooper Spur restaurant a few times. The food was always mediocre or lousy so it was never a place on our go-to list for a night out despite its close proximity to our home. I am so happy that this iconic location in the forest has been renovated and that the restaurant is now a place to get a wonderful meal!
