We ordered two singles and fries with garlic ranch dip to share. The fries were absolutely perfect temperature and texture. The garlic ranch was thicker than your classic runny ranch dressing, which made it a good dip for the fries.

“I’m not sure if Jane is the owner but was very nice. There are two tablets to order on and it was super nice to have a sink to wash your hands not within the bathroom. The pricing was a little expensive but the food was delicious. I enjoyed a single hamburger, fries and even the chicken strips. The flavors really hit the spot! Ava loved the chocolate shake and she was even given quite a few unicorn stickers which made her day.“

“I had the BBQ burger, fries, and a soda. It came in at ~$20 with a tip. You place an order at a digital kiosk on arrival.

The bun and burger dressings (fried onions, jalapeños, bacon) were quite good, as was the bun. The patty, which feels machine-made, was a little disappointing. For the price, I'd expect something hand formed. While the webpage states it is grilled medium, mine was well-done.

Fries were great, despite being served with about a tablespoon of ketchup.

The atmosphere is fast casual. The water station was empty when I arrived, as was the napkin dispenser at my table.

I plan to give this place another shot. if their salads are serviceable, and some of the issue above are addressed, I could see this being a regular spot.“

Parking: Killer Burger shares a rather large parking lot with a half dozen other restaurants and a number of different shops. I went and got food here on a Saturday night (6pm) which I assume is one of the busiest times there and I had no problem finding a spot.“

“6/5 stars, beyond my expectations. My wife and I drove 50 minutes to try this new food truck in Portland after reading the OregonLive article about them. The food was phenomenal and have us craving for more. We ordered the Smash burger and fries, it was perfect in every way. The bun tasted homemade and super fresh, the patty was cooked perfectly and super flavorful, the homemade pickles were better than any pickles we’ve had from any restaurant, and the monster sauce was the best sauces I’ve had for a “special sauce” mixture (which I normally despise). The fries are cooked to perfection (my wife said she has never had a better fry in her life) and the garlic aioli was delicious. There was no big line, our food was served super quick and was super fresh. This food cart should be picking up business really quick so come get one of Portland’s best smash burgers while you can before the lines start forming.“

Gluten free tip, almost completely GF except for the burger buns. They can be swapped out for tostones. It's a great alternative if you've never tried a tostone burger. Celiac friendly.

“Yes, Killer Burger is a chain albeit local chain...however, this location represents the OG restaurant downtown Portland very well. They had some hiccups when they first opened with service and orders taking a long time to get ready. But almost a year later, they have this dialed. We've been back several times the past 6 weeks and the kids that are working here get the orders.right every time, it's fast, and perfectly put together. Food is great! The lemonade was delicious but expensive for the little cup. In a little section off the street with 3 other food trucks, and some outdoor picnic seating. We had no problem parking around the corner, but no parking right in front. Free water and cups are available in the seating area.“
