“Thai place that's kind of hole in the wall, and it's pretty good. I like to get pad woon sen, the noodles are very delicious. Pineapple fried rice was my previous go to before that, and what is good is that they will substitute brown rice so that's helpful for dietary restrictions. I'm a regular and so occasionally they have surprised me with some small snacks when I get the receipt like a mandarin or a cookie. I liked that :)

“Delicious cannollis ! I got a breve , no sugar and it was great. You can always tell how good the coffee actually is if you don't add sugar ! Also got some other sweet treats , one was a chocolate hazelnut torte, whatever it was , it was fantastic. I would drive back the hour drive just for that ! Staff was attentive and friendly. “I love Cup of Tea. I have been coming to this location for a few years now. Black Wolf is my favorite tea PU-ERH tea. This is my morning coffee. This place offers so much, events, games, education but most importantly atmosphere. It's just a fun place to chill. I really love the new packaging, website, and tea wall. It's clear and easy to follow. There are many new teas I never noticed before that I now have on my list to try. This location is a hidden gem and I highly recommend it!“

“Baker and Spice is simply the best! The fresh bread is out of this world, and I’m especially partial to the Hillsdale loaf—it’s my absolute favorite. Working in the same shopping center means I stop in way more than I should admit, but I can’t help it! The staff is always kind and friendly, which makes every visit a pleasure.

The pastries are delightful as well; they truly know how to satisfy a sweet tooth! I'm so happy they’ve extended their hours and now stay open until 5 PM. It makes it easier to swing by in the afternoon. Highly recommend for anyone looking for delicious baked goods!“

“We absolutely loved having our 55-person wedding at Bar Carlo. The owner Mel is at the same time very supportive and very low-key, which made for a smooth planning process and day-of event. The space is gorgeous, and has multiple connected wings, which allowed for the the party to morph seamlessly over the night from barside cocktail hour to outdoor patio ceremony to dinner buffet to dance floor. The space is already a beautifully decorated artwork, and Mel lets you decide how to arrange the space for your event, but you can also bring your own decorations/sound system/llama and she can handle those additions easily. The food and drinks were delicious too, and Mel was able to accommodate our entirely vegan and gluten-free menu without hesitation. Overall we loved the unique-ness, flexibility and good vibes of the space and the people of Bar Carlo, and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a cute and fun space for their wedding or other event. -Nicola & Lou“

“Cool, casual vibe. My party ordered our food to go. Out food was prepared rather quickly. Nice dining room. They had outdoor seating out front along with a back patio. Service was very friendly, and quick. Food was outstanding! Great burritos and.bowls!! Smoothie was so refreshing, mango peach lemon. And their giant chocolate chip sea salt cookie was awesome! “My family and I came here to eat brunch, I had the Mushroom Swiss Burger, both my kids had the Waffle and my wife ordered the Vegan Breakfast Burrito. It was our first time here and we like to try a bite of each others plate besides my wife because she's vegan but everything we ordered was presented well on the plate and very delicious. The waffles had the right amount of butter makes you think your having the waffle your grandma would make.
My burger was not very greasy and they cooked the patty just right.
The only down side which explains the 4 stars I'm giving but I know its nothing the restaurant can do but it is a small restaurant with limited seating and parking is a bit of a hassle unless you park a block or 2 away. It is located in a slightly busy area so there is some traffic and a lot of pediatricians around.“

“I ate at Verde Cocina en la Perla while at a work conferencein Portland, Oregon. The food was so delicious that I build my entire birthday around eating there! I live in Olympia, Washington. It is over an hour drive but I will keep doing it every few months. I had Arro as my bartender and server both times. He treats you like FAMILY, and this place IS family owned. I even was introduced to the creator of the Horchata French Toast dish. It is so good I cry happy tears thinking about it. Please visit for brunch and order it, you will NOT be sad about it. I don't even use syrup on the French toast, because the Horchata sauce is so so good on its own. The chillequilles are so so good with eggs OR tofu. Arro was awesome in helping us select desserts...the flan is so dang good, and it is #vegan! My wife and I are #vegetarian, but when I went with a coworker, he said that the meat dishes are "fire." I had a drink both times, first was the mango margarita. Tastes fresh and delicious! Had the perfect amount of tequila but tasted like juice...😈 I have also ordered the Paloma. I can't tell which one is my favorite!!! Anyways, do yourself a favor and order. Trust me.“

Original review: The pizza is good. My complaint is when they get something wrong when placing an order online They do nothing to correct it. I placed an order that included a salad with a few extras like chicken requested. When I got the order, it had none of the add ons I had ordered, even though I had to pay extra for the chicken. The person that answered the phone said they would either send me one or refund me. I did not feel Like I needed them to send me a whole other side salad (Even though I was very disappointed since this was my dinner) So I opted for a refund. I never actually got the refund. Beware if you have any problems, they won’t help“

Def be careful of the spicy foods if you can't handle much spice. I can't but the flavor was so good I pushed through it.
Highly under hyped spot imo

As others have said service was a bit slow and they missed a few things we reminded them of but we also got free things too. So, to me....worth it. And they were very kind to us.

I wish the bathrooms were gender neutral though.

“Vegan/vegetarian, delicious flavorful food. Lots of amazing vegan options— hard to choose! So we ordered 5 dishes, enough for lunch for each the next day! Servers very nice, and food some of the tastiest Thai I’ve ever had. Especially loved the sauces, glass noodles, the red curry with yummy pumpkin (a little more eggplant please 😊), and the salad rolls with tasty peanut sauce & the side salad with a dressing — yum! all absolutely delish. Re: spiciness: 4 stars is nice, quite hot and just right! Tea was a bit lukewarm, & we received white rice despite ordering brown, but they quickly corrected the error (Tasty brown rice with beans in it — excellent!). Loved the cozy ambience with houseplants everywhere, the quirky decor of superhero art posters & the fun surprise wall art in the ladies’ room... Rating it 5 stars for the amazing food!
