Good Sushi OC is a favorite sushi spot in OC, preferred over any conveyer or sit down option nearby. The only downfall is not being able to order ahead since it's a food truck, but every time it's been quick service and friendly staff. The Bad Vegan is a standout, with crispy tofu inside and topped with avocado, described as 9 large bites of happiness. Vegan options are not limited to veggie rolls here. The tuna poké bowl is another highlight, with a HUGE portion that comes with rice, krab meat, pickled cucumbers and ginger, seaweed salad, and crispy onions, and the tuna is so tender and tasty. The salmon poke bowl w/ eel suace instead of spicy suace is dream-worthy, and everything was fresh, beautiful, nourishing. Service was fast, super reasonable price, and the man working was very nice. The food truck is settled in a pleasant beer garden atmosphere with other food trucks so everyone in your party can enjoy delicious food options. The sushi is damn tasty, though a suggestion is to make the pieces a little smaller since bigger is not better when it comes to sushi rolls, but the flavors were totally on point.

I had the Bad Vegan and I was in love!! 😍 It was the best sushi roll I've had in forever! There was no time for photos. I was super hungry from my travels but will definitely bookmark this as a favorite stop!

Love sushi, but vegan options are usually limited to veggie rolls.... Not here! They have a few vegan rolls. The one I chose was the Bad Vegan... Crispy tofu inside and topped with avocado. 9 large bites of happiness 😊. Very friendly staff and settled in a pleasant beer garden atmosphere with other food trucks so everyone in your party can enjoy delicious food options.
