“Newport on a Tuesday night. We drove to five restaurants before finding Zach’s Bistro. Although He was sold out of almost everything, we were able to get the most amazing dinner ever! Even my five-year-old grandson loved the food. I had the fish cakes, with artichoke and dill. Oh my goodness! It was amazing. My daughter had perfectly cooked salmon dinner. Desert was an awesome chocolate, berry and browned marshmallow. I am so happy we stumbled on this fine dining restaurant on the edge of Nye Beach area in Newport Oregon!“
“The employees were super nice and friendly and when asked questions about the meals they were very specific and polite which we appreciated, the food is amazing, everything was made fresh to order and came very quickly, The burger buns were extremely soft and well toasted, and the burger Was extremely juicy and cooked perfectly and all the vegetables fresh, over all I highly recommend this place“

“If you are looking for the best menu in Newport, be sure to visit The Anchor. Pleasent atmosphere, friendly, personable people and great local menu. “Bacon Jam Burger is super (bursting with flavor) but the service from Mike (waiter) rivals the excellent food. Nice the have quite music and felt inviting. Great date night choice. Love that they have Himalayan salt at the table and the water is served from glass bottles. My wife reminds me that the flavor of the shrimp coleslaw was amazing.“

“We had a great experience at Tidal Raves as a party of 5. We walked in around 5:30 without a reservation and waited about an hour, but with drinks and the view it went quick. Pictured is the Green Curry which was delicious and a generous portion. The rice was a little dry, but the fish was cooked perfectly. The view is the top reason to come!“

“Quick growler fill. Have ate here in the past, but not today. Staff friendly. Always changing trying to maximize the usage of the space they have between production and the restaurant. Fun to go in and see the process regardless of eating there or not.“

“Went to Mo’s to celebrate my partner and I two year anniversary. Our lovely server, Leslie, made the experience one for the books. Her service is amazing!! the food: 10, the service: 12 out of 10, the atmosphere:perfect. everything we expected and more, Leslie deserves a visit alone. Nowhere else makes you feel as comfortable as Moe’s seafood restaurant“

“Of note, this Mo's does not do fried food and doesn't have the standard Mo's dishes. That said if you want more seafood options and a more seasonal menu, this is the place to go. Watching people unloading and cleaning fish and oysters just outside the window is definitely a plus

“I used to live in Oregon 12 years ago. Every time I was in Newport I would always stop and get the best halibut fish n chips from here. Now when we come to visit family in Vancouver WA. I will always make the trip down to South Bay to still get the best halibut fish n chips. Love this place.“

“This place is amazing! We tried a couple of other places around the area and after eating at the sea Hag nothing else tastes good lol their chowder was amazing, their prices were good and the service was great! This is definitely going to be our go to place when we visit this part of the coast!“

“Stopped in here while visiting the whale watching center from Medford, OR and it began to rain heavily. Both people working there were very friendly and had great customer service attitude. The food was very good. I had the fish and chips eith with a cup of clamp chowder and a Pepsi to drink. I highly recommend stopping in here for a bite to eat!“

“A great buffet, lots of salad choices, 3 chickens, 6 pizzas choices, fruits, pastas and friendly people work there. Great view of the ocean and plenty of parking. 2 different visits lunch and dinner so telling friends and going back. Prices are good.“
