“Lovely little coffee shop with many different rooms to choose from, plus Douglas out front! There is cute and vintage home decor available for sale throughout the cafe. The coffee was very nice, but the tea was steeped for much too long and was quite bitter.“

“We always try to stop by Philomoth's Human Bean on our way home to Seal Rock...the crew workers are the friendliest and most helpful... they figure out my Human Bean app for me... the coffee is so delicious, the little chocolate coffee bean they place on top cover is a treat, and putting a straw in cup helps make it so easy to drink from, especially for the driver. “In my 27 years of life, hands down best McDonalds I have been to. Not only was the food super fresh, the service was fantastic! I was helped by a sweet brunette girl I think her name was Katrina! Give that girl a raise! I have been to this mcdonalds in the past and it has not been like this until this time around. Katrina was quick to take my order and even asked how my day was going. Even though she looked quite busy we cracked a few jokes and overall she made me feel very welcomed. Definitely the highlight of my week. I absolutely will be back again. Thank you Katrina!!!“

“Normally I get great service with a smile. I always order online and have never had a problem. I picked up my order and got on the road. About 15 minutes later I was able to check my order to realize that I didn't get what I ordered. When I called, the person was very apologetic and asked if I could come back to get it fixed. Unfortunately I couldn't. Always check your order before you leave. Otherwise great service.“

“I live near the 9th St. location and metolius chai is outstanding so is the young man who is there usually on Saturday am possibly Latino and a super professional!!! Give him a raise! However I wish I could compliment others as much. In particular a 20 something female blonde hair who has now on 2 occasions asked me again for my order at the window after giving my order previously at the drive up speaker. Also she’s not attentive to the process and has to repeat questions such as the size of the beverage. Better training needed or better employees.“

“This place is awesome! I got the Mocha, my granddaughter got the Chi Latte, and her friend got hot chocolate. It was so good we went back the next day when we got the same thing except the granddaughter decided on the Pumpkin Chi Latte. It was excellent as well and the staff was also friendly and helpful.
