My daughter and I went to Adelleda for brunch on Sunday and it was fabulous. Each item on the menu was so enticing we had a hard time choosing. The Honus Wagner, chicken and waffle style fried oyster mushrooms over waffles with truffle syrup, was incredible. Ultra crispy mushrooms paired so well with the syrup and waffles. Let me first say that we were SO excited to try their vegan mozzarella sticks, and they were absolutely amazing! The best part was that we went in and didn’t realize it was brunch, but the chef still made them for us—and they were seriously so good!

We were so hungry that we didn’t even get a chance to take photos, but the fried mozzarella is an absolute must-try! We visited during brunch and the staff kindly accommodated us by making the fried mozzarella anyway, which completely made our day. It did not disappoint—hands down the best vegan fried mozz I’ve ever had!

Adelleda offers vegan meals with gluten‑free pasta options. The menu includes inventive cocktails, low‑proof and no‑proof drinks, and a variety of seasonal cocktails. The setting is London/LA chic with a wonderful ambiance and a record player for music. Plating is gorgeous, and the bathroom is cute with pasta wallpaper. A must‑try is the cardamom honeycomb dessert, moist and full of lovely flavors. Service is slow but improving. Dishes include brussel sprouts, caprese, arancini, and world vegan month special fusilli, though some were underwhelming. The martinis for two came with an ice bowl, and artisanal ice cream flavors await. The restaurant is a 10/10 experience.
