Worst experience ever. I paid for a $44 meal with a $9.50 tip and was charged a $95 tip. I was told that I was refunded the whole transaction and was sent a picture of a voided receipt, but the receipt only listed the $44 meal. Susan made me re-pay for the $44 meal, and had the audacity to ask if I wanted to leave another tip. When it processed, I was only refunded for the meal, not the $95 tip.
