I was there on a quiet Sunday morning, was seated immediately and attended to quickly. The coffee was so-so as was my breakfast, but the place was cozy and I sat near the fireplace.
Stayed at the hotel and ate breakfast here a few times, plus snacks a couple of times. Staff was friendly; they were also offering a vegetarian 'stack' special for breakfast that was pretty amazing. If I go back to Portland I may go out of my way to eat here again, even if I don't have an opportunity to stay at the hotel.Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian options, though they were running a special when I ate there which included another.

Prices for a meal are pretty reasonable.
