I only gave this review because the food was decent. customer service needs work. unfriendly as well as un welcoming. when I asked for ranch I was given a dirty look and told that they don't sever ranch. That's fine however I felt I could not come back to the counter feeling that I would be treated as if what I wanted would be too much to ask. This was my first time eating here and I will not likely return.
Nothing is the fault of the workers, but service was abysmal. I came in person and ordered. I came back for my order and they swore they never received it. They blamed me for not keeping my receipt as if that was the issue at hand. When they found my order (that had been there for ages) they blamed me for not being able to find it because I didn’t tip… FIVE GUYS CORP NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER.
