Laurel made this experience so special for me. It was our first time and we were celebrating my 6 year sobriety from alcohol anniversary. She is the example of what true customer service is and deserves a raise. ?EDIT - Troy, Ty, Kirianna, Izzy, Felicia, and just the whole team was incredible again a year later!
