This place is a solid B-. Good not great. It doesn't help that it's between standouts Excellent Cuisine and Master Kong. They have a wide menu and no waiting, but service is often less than friendly.

Great food! Seriously good hot & sour soup and the best chicken fried rice I've had in Portland so far. Bravo!
