“Getting a shot of cortisone at Providence, normally I wouldn't choose a Starbucks! It's here. Why not? It was one of the best made coffees I've had in a long time! Friendly staff, excellent flavor and the perfect amount of white chocolate. Don't get sick to visit, come for a coffee. You might be very suprised.“

“I frequent quite a few Starbucks. I never used to but I do now. I wronged this company a time or 2 throughout my addiction years ago. When I got clean I made a few living amends without speaking to my sponsor first with a manger or 2. I’m thankful they were graceful with me. I do my best to come in and purchase drinks for myself and help someone in need at times as well with Starbucks products when the time arises. It’s the least I can do for my old defects and short comings. Thank you for still allowing me to come into all of your stores and make things right as time goes by.“

“I had to drop off my nephew at work today and we were early. So, today 11/05/2024 I decided to stop by this Starbucks. I don't usually buy coffee but I really needed to wake up today. I ordered a venti white chocolate mocha for myself, a caramel frap for my nephew, and he wanted a breakfast sandwich. We get to the window slide, tap, whatever to my card and it did NOT work. :( I felt horrible! Needless to say they still gave me my order and let me go. Even after I pleaded that I would come back they all still said NO! To the girl at the window & her manager I appreciate you guys and I don't care what anyone says you made my morning. I know you guys probably would have had to throw it away but to me it was still heartfelt the way you did it. You guys just had to be there to understand what I mean. Thank you! I will pay it forward and I will comeback tomorrow morning. Although you will NOT accept it I will just tip it! I'm old school and we don't like to owe people even if it is a kind gesture back in my day it would've come out my paycheck. God Bless! Peace!“

“Though Starbucks as a corporate entity needs to work on improving wages and labor practices, I do appreciate this Fremont cafe. The staff pay close attention to every customer and consistently make good drinks. There’s absolutely no pretense and overall the space welcomes all types of thirsty humans.“

“I hadn't been to this location in a few years. The updating/upgrades are quite nice. No indoor seating, but plenty of outdoor tables and, of course, the drive thru. I liked the creation of shade at the order window! My drink was crafted perfectly, too!“

“The girls on the morning crew that are usually there Sunday to Wednesday are glorious and make up for the few bad employees who are rude and pushy. I love talking with them as part of my daily morning drive-to-work ritual.

Dietary restrictions: Customization of your food or drink is easily achieved and if they are unable to accommodate your specific request they will politely and kindly tell you.

Parking: This specific Starbucks does not have an inside seating area, but you can order from a walk-up window. There is outdoor seating and they still offer free Wi-Fi.

Kid-friendliness: They love everybody“

“We’re here visiting Portland from Charleston, SC. We really enjoyed that the atmosphere here was so pleasant and friendly. The gentleman that checked us out, Kyle, and as so nice and accommodating. He helped me make a black tea into a southern tasting sweet tea. Very appreciative. Even got to pet a friendly dog while we were here. Overall seems like a great spot.“

“There's a certain employee that works there that I always notice their car, but I've never learned who it belongs to. Their license plate stays in the mind. I actually look forward to seeing it. Almost like it's agreeing that this is a good place to get coffee every time I leave. Always so happy.

Vegetarian options: So many fruit and nut prepackaged trays.“

“Rush is the kindest person. I didn't want to say what she helped me with because that might open a flood gate of crazy which is the last thing I want to happen. I made an unusual request and she was happy to oblige and then she went above and beyond to fulfill my needs. I could feel the smile on her face when she answered the phone and I'm sure it'll be as big and kind as it sounds once I get there. Thank you, Rush. I previously worked at Starbucks for 14 years so believe me when I say thank you for being you!!

“I went there today (4/17/24 around 4pm) and there was only one person working, but she was awesome! While doing everything by herself, she still managed to greet people as they entered and wish people a good day when they left. She has excellent customer service skills and represents the company well!“

“Coffee is good here, but people who have kids here couldn’t get a full service, I mean diaper changing station in restrooms. But they still have sign that they have it in their restrooms and it has to be removed because it’s misleading people.“

“The store was OK. The staff seemed to give a lot of grace to the most likely unhouse patrons loitering in the store. There is limited seating with electrical access, a tight space for four to sit.
This is not a Starbucks to enjoy a working coffee. It is best for a quick stop or drive through.
The staff was very friendly.

Parking: There appeared to be an abandoned vehicle in the parking lot that was filled up like a storage container, including the drivers seat and dashboard. This made the parking lot less appealing and used up valuable customer parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: The interior through ways are tight, there is limited wheelchair seating. The disability parking space is next to an active parking lot driveway and across the parking lot some 30 feet from the building. It does not feel very safe from moving vehicle hazards.“

“I went here specifically to get an egg nog latte after my daughter text me to tell me Starbucks finally had egg nog lattes since they haven't had them the last couple years. I was sorely disappointed with the flavor. Idk if they use different egg nog which I think they do cuz I make them at my house and the nog ends up leaving a burn mark in the bottom of my frother.... because of the eggs cooking, if that makes sense. Anyway my point is: Their egg nog lattes are not what they used to be. I'm gonna stick to pumpkin spice and make my own egg nog lattes at home.“

“These workers are all absolute angels. They make my drink perfectly every time. Anytime I have a rough day they literally save my life with how nice and caring they are and how well they make drinks. They are fast, efficient, and they deserve all the tips. I went there around 11 am Friday and they made my day 100% better. You really never know what anyone is dealing with in their personal life and kindness even with simple little interactions goes a long way.“

“I frequent this Starbucks as much as any coffee shop. Despite being a busier location, the staff is always very friendly and attentive as necessary. The store is clean, and the products all meet or exceed the standard I expect from Starbucks.

It's a small store, and it's located in a neighborhood with lots of kids, wait times should be expected during peak hours.“

“I work the bus line that goes to Jensen Beach and the staff there is always really warm and welcoming. Even when they have told me that they’ve had a hard days because we’ve gotten close since I’m there almost every day due to work they never let it show on their face when talking to customers! They taught me how to use the app so I could get points and save my money.! And with the current economy that that’s a game changer for having treats they make fun and delicious drinks and I am so glad that I got to have these type of people on my hard days !“

“I thought it was going to a long wait when I arrived and the line was through the parking lot and on to Glisan. I was pleased to be wrong. The total time in the drive thru, including ordering and receiving the order LESS THAN 8 MINUTES, well under 3 from order to window. “These guys are always pretty fast, and nice. Good customer service. In the last two weeks though, I’ve been receiving drinks that were supposed to be alternative milk (lactose intolerant, I CANNOT drink milk even a little) and were made with real milk. Even drinks that are signature oat milk lattes that default come with oat milk, I’ve received twice with real milk. I didn’t realize each time until I’d already gotten far away and then tried the drink. I have wasted money (not cheap!) several times in just last couple weeks at this location and gotten very sick once. I’ve not had this problem with them before, but am probably going to another location for a while.“

“West Hills Starbucks on Barnes Road, always friendly, efficient, and the drinks there are usually first-rate. Definitely enjoy it every time I go there, which isn't often, but the service and quality seems consistent. Definitely worth giving a try, if you haven't already. Best Wishes!“

“I could already tell that this would be the best drink I've had since working at one myself. I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso with white mocha and vscf. It was beautifully and completely mixed and came out so quick! Buy your groceries first and get cash back to tip.‼️If you don't have a dollar to tip for a drink you should not be getting a drink‼️ These people run a great kiosk and deserve an up to date oven! Safeway needs to do better for these people. Watched a family order 4 sandwiches I believe, and they were still coming out after the 3rd person was ordering. Corporate stores get taken care of with new equipment and there is no reason kiosks can't have the same. Opportunitys for customers to be upset there isn't a standard at all Starbucks'“

“The staff at this location is so sweet and welcoming! Phoebe greets every customer who walks in with a smile and a “Howdy!” I see the same patrons in this location regularly— reading, writing, working on computers. It’s just pleasant to be here.“

“Sweet friendly staff. They made me a sample of the new green matcha lavender drink before I purchased it because it was slow and I asked in detail about the lavender. Ive never had that experience before eithout it being made for a whole dining area. Remember to carry dollars to tip establishments that don't allow or "do" credit card tips. I don't like the prices of the food at Starbucks and I've worked there so it isn't my deal but I do go for new drinks. Know what you like and you'll have a good time. Conveniently located next to their grocery store cafe area so there is a larger seating space than many store Starbucks. My guy liked his quad mocha. Per usual we did breve. It's nice to get special coffee sometimes.

“This location was my favorite, but they have made some hiring choices that are not great. Some new folks are really not nice, very judgemental about freaking coffee orders....seriously how petty do you have to be to argue with a guest about how they want their coffee.
And I can't say enough about making sure your order is correct before you leave! OMG! It seems wasteful, but stand up for yourself & the crazy prices (worth it when it's right) by making sure you like your drink.“

“I really like the convenience of albertsons. I just wish they would do something about the sketchy dudes using the back parking lot to do drugs, chop up stolen cars, dump trash and deficate on the sidewalk. it makes us not want to shop there!“

“Through out COVID 19 the Woodstock Safeway has had plenty of produce, meat, dairy and bakery. Unfortunately, at least a third of the employees don't wear their masks correctly. (Really, what's the point if you don't cover your nose?)“

I love most, however I stopped by the Hood River Starbucks by the bridge, about the same time, i had the worst experience ever.I had to repeat myself about five times to the clerk, and then it got bad, a co worker got mad because I spoke up a. “Stopped in to The Starbucks inside the Target on Cascades Parkway. I was pleasantly surprised when I ordered my Salted White Chocolate Mocha, after the debacle at the other Starbucks In downtown Portland, The service was quick and the maker was pleasant. I asked them to please stir the Salt so when I finished the drink I didn't get a mouth full of salty goop and white Chocolate Syrup. They actually listened! Please Note, I really like it when they ask my name at the counter and write it on the side, it's a NICE touch. My Rating of this Starbucks 4.5 Stars, that's why I knocked off a 1/2 Star.“

“The cashier was very polite but 1 starred because I CANT BUY A CUP OF WATER....... In Washington water is 25cent IF they even charge you... Like my dog is hot, and a side from that y'all are downtown and it's 90DEGREES..... I couldn't believe I was denied WATER😂😂😂 WHAT THE ACTUAL FCK. 2 other restaurants denied water... I can't believe Portland!!! Is the homeless issue downtown that bad to where folks can't buy water in nearly 100° weather?!! “I love the Starbucks inside my local Safeway on 10th and S.W. Jefferson St. It is great in many ways, but most if all is the friendliness of the start working there. I was surprised on my second trip the girl at the counter said " Hello Laura." She knew my name from my previous visit. I felt very good about going there because she remembered my name and it made me feel welcome and at home with my Local Starbucks.( The third trip she recited my drink as I started to place my order. She said "Large Mocha frapachinno, no whipping cream, and extra shot of espresso, and a puppachino for your puppy?" I thought "wow.....she remembered that after two visits?"
